After installing the countertop for the second time, they left us with a 6" crack that is (according to Patt Co) "as good as they can do." To be fair, Rich admitted after the second install that they just started doing smaller projects, and they're still learning. We only wish we knew this prior to the months and months we experienced of them trying to figure out how to install the countertop correctly.
