He is communicative, friendly, priced incredibly well AND was on time. I'll absolutely hire him again for my flooring this spring. So nice to finally have a go‑to handyman!

Highly, highly recommended. From the moment I reached out, communication was top-notch. He was prompt, professional, and asked the right questions to understand the issue before even arriving. He showed up right on time (a walked me through what he saw, and clearly explained the best options for repair. I had some pretty bad water damage under my kitchen sink and was honestly dreading the process of getting it fixed, but Scott made the process so easy. There was more damage than I originally thought. He calmly assessed the situation, laid out a detailed game plan, and handled it like a pro. He even sourced materials on the fly and kept me updated every step of the way. On top of that, he's super friendly, respectful of your space, and really takes pride in his work. The attention to detail was amazing. Place looked great when he wrapped up, nice and neat. The wife was very pleased. Hire Scott and relax as he is that someone to fix it.

The technicians (2) arrived on time, provided an estimate (replace two sets of attic stairs…read more(wooden) with aluminum stairs) and when we accepted the bid began work immediately. The job took several hours and apparently required more help as other techs were brought in to help complete the task. As a side note, we appreciated this being done as we have had projects done before where more help was needed and there was a delay in the job completion while everyone sat around and waited for the help to arrive. The group from "All in 1" did not delay bringing in other folks to help. When the job was completed they cleaned up the entire area and stacked to old material neatly outside for bulk pickup. Costwise: "All in 1" was within the range of other companies but is on the high side for the DFW market, but we felt we got our dollar's worth for the task and would use them again.

The business is family-owned, and while there's nothing wrong with that, if you weren't part of the family, you were often viewed as an outsider. You were frequently judged and criticized for how you worked--even when you were following their instructions. They would change things at the last minute, sometimes within hours, and if you didn't adjust accordingly--without even realizing--they would criticize you, questioning why you were doing something, even though they were the ones who put that process in place. When the owner spoke to customers, he spoke to them as if they were ignorant, often judging them based on how they sounded on the phone, making them feel uninformed. He also had a tendency to speak over them, cutting them off every time he spoke, never allowing them to fully express themselves. The pricing tended to vary significantly depending on the perceived scale of the customer's property--those with more expensive homes often received much higher estimates. When an estimate was presented, if the client didn't respond in the way the owner wanted, he would instruct the technician to raise the estimate dramatically, driven purely by emotion and frustration, just to get as much as possible. And if the customer didn't accept, he would have the technician dismiss them, making them seem unreasonable and not worth any further time or effort. The owner claimed they were doing the Lord's work, wanting to be good stewards, but in reality, this felt conditional--their investment in employees or jobs depended on the value of the work. Furthermore, they pushed their religious beliefs onto certain employees--those who didn't attend the same church or didn't share their views were often judged and made to feel unworthy. I want to be clear--I'm not coming from a place of hostility as a former employee; I am simply concerned for future customers and employees who shouldn't be treated this way. If the business truly claims the values they profess, then their actions need to align--right now, what's happening is the exact opposite, and it's not good business practice.

Photos of text threads included so that Emmanuel (Owner) cannot claim that I'm being untruthful. I was given a quote by Jesse F. to have my kitchen cabinets rehung due to them pulling away from the walls. I had 5 cabinets that needed to be rehung. It appeared to me that in the contract they had misquoted me. It stated that they were only going to rehang one of the cabinets. This concerned me, so I reached out to confirm that this was a typo and that they would address all the cabinets that needed attention as I had originally explained to them. I got a response at noon the following day which was simply an updated contract with a price increase because "they miscounted originally and did not review all of the photos and messages I sent". The incorrect line item (1) cabinet was not changed either. The only change in the whole contract was the price. The job size increased 20% from what they claim to have originally quoted me, however, the price of the overall job increased by 40%. I asked where this number came from and how they calculated job totals and I did not get any good answers. From my perspective, it appears that they decided to increase the price of the overall job due to me asking a question about the typo on the first contract. And on top of that, they increased it by a markedly higher percentage. Emmanuel the owner is claiming that I did not submit photos of all areas needing repair (this is false and I have the records to prove it). I also recorded the phone call I made with Jesse F. where he admitted that this was an in house error between himself and the estimator. I would love to believe that was the case, but the line items did not change. Only the price went up. Emmanuel the owner did not help at all once I explained the situation. What he did do was offer this job on an hourly rate, which likely would have cost EVEN MORE money. I personally am a self employed contractor. If I ever gave someone the wrong price (especially if it's only off by $200), I would personally eat that $200 as a business owner to keep my customers happy and also in the hopes of repeat or word of mouth business. Overall this was a very bad experience. Poor customer service. Poor business management. Save yourself the hassle and choose a different company.
