I first contacted Miguel for work on my house in January 2021. I was moving and needed a bunch of work done on small things as I would be renting the house until I could return. Miguel does superb work. The fit and finish on trim work is excellent. He is very particular about things like finding ALL the nail holes when painting. He points out when things need touching up or repair. Recently he took care of several things between tenants for me. We do this remotely, mostly via text, as I am still out of state. Miguel Pino came out and installed some custom woodwork in our bathroom remodel. He did a good job. However, we had agreed he would complete the woodwork behind the bathtub and he agreed to come back another time the following week to fix it. He refused to come back without paying him an additional fee even though on text message he agreed to include this for the same price. I told him if he could come back and honor his word I would have additional work for him but he stopped responding to me. Bottom line - he did a good job on what he did do, but he's not trustworthy - be sure he does EVERYTHING he promised before you pay him anything or he won't come back. Beware. read more

I had to reinstall a dishwasher in the kitchen. The prior installer left the dishwasher not secured to the countertop. Miguel did an efficient job securing the dishwasher to the countertop. He offered an upfront pricing for his service. He was on time, did a clean job and even tested the dishwasher after the job was completed. I recommend his services. I posted a review for Miguel Pino back in October but for some reason it was removed from Yelp. I wanted to update my prior review as I have used Miguel several times since then. Just as I stated in the fall, he consistently does a great job for all work that I have needed, which range from building unassembled furniture, hanging artwork and other wall decor and assistance in changing out and inspecting my a/c and heating equipment in my attic. He is super reliable and communicates responsively and quickly. He shows up on time every time, and I could not be more pleased.
