How could they make such a mistake. They always get everyone's money up front. Now 5 months later I still have not reimbursed by my insurance company, STICKNEY office staff says they have requested my refund but now blame the mail inefficiency for my refund not being delivered yet. I will not be returning. SAD to be so dishonest. Truly a BAIT and SWITCH. I plan to file a formal complaint with the state of Florida.
