One of the most stressful experiences I ever had with a real estate agent was dealing with Bennion…read moreDeville's real estate agent Brett Boyd who was very unethical and unprofessional , and liar, Before I listed my house with him he told me that he would open house at least 4 times because a week so he could sell my house faster because I told him that I was facing bank foreclosure and He turned me against my previous agent because he was not going enough open house But after I switched to him he did the open house only 2 times a week , and when I reminded him of his promise he got Angry at me and he told me that he never said such a thing , also when I listed with him he used my own photos and some of my previous agent's photos , and he said that it would be only temporary and that he would bring a professional photographer but that was another lie because it never happened , and when I reminded him , he got angry again and he denied saying such a thing , also he influenced me switching to him because he said that my previous agent was doing the open house by appointment only and he told me that if I switched to him he would have it available without appointment to increase the chances to sell my house but after I switch to him I learnt that he was refusing to show the house to any one unless if he had an agent and refused to show it in the evening which decreased my chances to sell the house , then I had a possible buyer that wanted to come to see the house again just after half an hour from the closing of the open house for that day and he said that he was done for the day , even though Brett only lived 2 miles away from my house , then the buyer asked him if he would meet him the following day because the house was scheduled to be open then but Brett lied to him that he was going to cancel the open house for the following for personal reasons , but that was a lie because the house was open on Sunday and it was not canceled , then I saw him in my security camera that he was disclosing to possible buyers that my house was going to bank foreclosure soon and that I had financial hardship and all my financial and equity information and he violated my privacy , I one time asked him to write for me a letter that he was my listing agent and that the real estate market was market was very slow so I could get some extension for my for my bank foreclosure but he refused and he falsely accused me that I refused to get a job and to make payments on the loan , therefore it was all my fault. Finally just few days ago , he surprised me that he would take off for at least 6 weeks because he had surgery , and he canceled my MLS listing while he is still my listing agent and left me stock with no one which is very heart breaking , he was the one was telling the buyer that the mortgage co was giving me a limited time to leave the house and he is the one screwed me now , I called his manager David Cantwell who was defending Brett , and made him self unavailable for a week , Is this conspiracy or what ?
It's not fair , I am 67 years old disable and I am losing my house because of Brett and his broker manager wrongful discriminatory action.
Attached his text message accusing me that the bank foreclosure was my fault and blamed me of stopping making the mortgage payment , AND that I refused to work , and that was totally baseless , because the reason of my bank foreclosure that the mortgage company increased my mortgage to almost double and caused me to lose my saving account but as you see from his message like he was representing my mortgage company interests and not my interest , and he invaded my privacy by telling the buyers about my bank foreclosure status and he lied to me that he never did but it was captured in my security cameras , One More thing can someone believe that he would take the flyers with him after every open house , so it wouldn't be available until the next open house , and when I asked him to keep the flyers he refused and he said that he owned the flyers and had to take it back with him every time !!!!!!!!!
Can someone believe that he and his Manager David Cantwell cancelled my listing from the MLS while the listing agreement still active and I can't list and I am punished and abandoned now and I can't list with anyone else until he comes back after 6 weeks while I am facing bank foreclosure and by the time he comes back him or his broker manager I could be losing your home , is this conspiracy or what , is this a clean business or what.
add to that his nasty repeated text messages before that and his several threats to me that if I didn't listen to him that I would end up homeless and sleeping in my car , and repeatedly he reminded me of my financial hardship , add to all the above that he was being nasty to me , yelling at me , telling me to shut up , and telling me that I didn't know shit .
He is a bully , and his manager David Cantwell is bully , and they bullied me because I was brown immigrant.
