Sandra Quinn is an amazing person and real estate agent. A close family member passed away, and I was in Oregon trying to figure things out with how to sell a property in California. I already had an agent that was not at all helpful and had heard from a friend to give Sandra a call. After talking with Sandra from Oregon, she was in the house in Califonia taking pictures of the property and sending them to me 20 minutes later. I had no idea the place was trashed with junk was everywhere. The other real estate agent failed to let me know the truth of the situation and basically didn't care. I also had a vehicle and a trailer and enough junk that filled 3 huge truckloads of junk on the property. The house was trashed, paint peeling off, broken windows, pet urine and family taking things from the property--a real dump disaster. Sandra called her people, got the windows, fence, floors fixed, had the house painted, got the junk removed and would have sold the trailer and the vehicle for me all while I was in Oregon if I had the paperwork in my posession, but I couldn't get the pink slips in time. She had her mechanic come to try and get the car started and her car guy to see what they were worth. She helped coordinate the picking up of the trailer and the vehicle. She protected my family memeber's house and guarded it for me. She also staged the house for me and COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED the house. It went from a pure dump to a very hip place. When she showed me pictures, my jaw dropped. I absolutley could not believe how she transformed the house with her furniture and artwork. I almost second guessed myself in selling the house after seeing the staged house. These are just a handfull of things of her amazing work and the things she pulled off. She works with her husband and her sister in law I think, all which are amazing, professional, friendly, and knowledgble people. Sandra's character is is superior to all others. I relied on her to tell me the truth and she came through. She was very compassionate and understanding of the situation and kept me informed of everything important. She was not pushy; she gave me all of my options and she is just fabulous to work with. I thought I was going to have to fly down there and figure things out before the house sold at least 3 times. It will be hard to describe how exceptional she is in one page but I will try!! In healthcare world, difficult surgery can only be accomplished by world-renown surgeon with exceptional skills. In the real estate world, when the listing is a challenging and transaction is complicated (like mine), that when we can distinguish the top realtor from many ordinary ones (or worse, bad ones). Sandra is easily the top 1% realtor in Coachella Valley (and she has a record to proof it). The thing that sets her apart from other realtors in Palm Springs is she never ever tries to upsell or painting any rosy picture about herself to lure anyone to be her clients (you will find SO MANY realtors try to upsell themselves to you). She is very true to her clients and herself. And if she promises you something that you doubt, it's just because she is just THAT FANTASTIC. She will do it and she will get it done!!!! I had listed my house in Palm Springs for almost a year without success with other realtor. A year period turned into lots of questions, frustration, despair, financial burden, anxiety and hopelessness.
