Eric asked a lot of good questions regarding my likes/dislikes of certain plants, my color preferences, maintenance needs/lifestyle and then sat down at the patio table to put his ideas on paper. I walked away to let him create in peace, then we reviewed his plan and discussed his recommendations. His pricing was fair, I knew his reputation in the area, and I liked his approach so he won my business. He's very knowledgeable and creative. Afterward, I contacted Eric with some questions and suggestions for other plants - he was always very responsive and thorough in his communication. He also made some suggestions regarding the irrigation system. Eric is committed to professional customer service and kept telling me he wanted to design something I could love (within my budget, of course.) First of all they put down two different types of grass and were supposed to come back and remove the incorrect grass and replace it and never did. Much of the grass they installed was horribly brown and in very poor health. They even installed sod on top of my sprinkler heads!! And then decided to leave a large area probably 10' x 10' with no grass at all. During this time we had also paid them $1600 to repair our water fountain, and he never repaired it or sent anyone to repair it. They basically stole our money. I would not use Perspectiv Gardens or Chris Greenlee. These guys are a scam. We have invoices and receipts as well as pictures for everything. I will be sending all data to our attorney.

Brothers came out and did a great job removing the other cracked limb and many more cuts to balance out and open the canopy.
