By December, the sealer was showing extreme clouding to the finish. We reported the problem to Leonard, who visited. Leonard was uncertain about what happened but opted to involve the sealer provider, Sherwin-Williams. Chemical solvents were unsuccessful in removing the damaged finish. Next, a pressure washer was used to no benefit. As time progressed, Leonard claimed we needed to wait for cooler weather. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, the Company abandoned the job, leaving us with a terrible eyesore. We are preparing to file suit for the original cost plus damages in Collin County Court. I would highly recommend not using this company for any significant investment jobs. We have been left with a mess and the Company no longer responds.

He is consistently on time, works efficiently, charges a reasonable price, and delivers high quality results. He has helped us with everything from adding new pipes and installing bubblers for young trees to fixing leaks and electrical problems with our automated sprinkler system. What we appreciate most is how clearly he explains the issue, what caused it, and exactly how he plans to fix it. When possible, he even helps troubleshoot remotely to save you time and money. He also offers a seasonal membership service that includes flushing the system before winter freezes and a full retest in the spring. We typically avoid subscription plans, but this one is absolutely worth it. Last year we skipped it, and we ended up with a broken pipe leaking for months--our water bill was far higher than the cost of his membership. Lesson learned! We're signing up for it this year. Aside from these issues, the work was good and I'd use them again BUT I'd make sure to have them give me a full walk thru of the work completed to ensure total resolution and satisfaction.

Yes, it may need touching up in a decade or so, but it's a perfect solution over removing and replacing a driveway that is in good condition but sinking or sagging. They came out, we struck a deal, and in a couple of hours, each house, the crew was in, lifting drives and gone. This was 6 months ago, with no issues yet, but none were expected. These guys are pros. Just dime sized patches, but symmetrical, so it doesn't look wonky at all. Highly recommend Foamworks. I also highly recommend you enjoy your weekend. I asked if they could repair certain areas for cosmetic reasons. They obliged me with a quote for certain areas. They said I would be better of replacing the drive because I probably would not me happy with a patch work drive. I appreciated the honesty.
