On the hustle front, she went above and beyond to make sure that my time was well used. Just be up front of what you want in a rental before he starts to look for you. Also intelligent and looks at all angles for you. Got my desired apartment before it went to a public listing source which is why I got it before anyone else saw it, and that is due to Steve's working fast with the landlord and me. No need to go to his office as he will go to your apartment to have leases signed. As I understand, Steven also broker coop, condo and house sales too. You need him to work for you. Fast, efficient and he has a car to drive you to the showings and to get you rental leases or real estate purchases.
