When my husband arrived in the morning, they were busy, so they made an 11:00 am appointment. Within 5 minutes of arrival, they had our car jacked up. We mentioned that we had more driving ahead of us and that we were in town for a wedding that same day. Their service was outstanding and we drove away 30 minutes later with a fixed tire. About 10 minutes after we left, they called us back and asked us to return so they could ensure all our luggage nuts were properly tightened. I first spoke with Jeff on the phone, he was very professional and patient with me, he squeezed me in on a busy Saturday. When I arrived I was greeted by Fred, he was friendly and also very patiently listened to my concerns. Turned out my rear bearing was on its last leg and desperately needed replacing.
