Alex Pimentel and his crew are truly amazing at what they do. My wife and I had our wedding on November 14, 2015 and we were left speechless with Alex's work. He was able to take pictures of us at Castello di Amorosa in Napa Valley which came out astonishing. Alex made my wife and I feel as if we were his main priority when ever we were with him. He made us feel as if we were family. When my wife and I decided to go with Alex, I briefly let him know that my brother passed away a couple years back. Alex and his crew are just the type of people you want capturing your special day: Reasonably priced. Flexible packages. Professional demeanor. No attitude. Superb product quality. Quick turnaround. No complaints come to mind! We hired Alex for an Indian wedding reception at the Fremont Marriott. Initially, we had our reservations about him because he had never done an Indian event before. It was a tough decision to guinea pig our event (but worth it in the end!). Alex talked to us prior to the event to fully understand the schedule for the evening. On the day of the event, Alex and his photography crew arrived on time. They even set up an area in the cocktail lounge to take couples' portraits and group photos. When things were running behind schedule and we were getting caught up in the party, Alex made sure to gently remind us of the essential photos we had requested. On his own, he even interviewed some of our friends and family to include surprise messages on the final video. Since our wedding took place in India a couple months earlier, he even requested a few photos from the wedding to include in the opening credits of the video. That was a special touch that most photographers would not consider, since the photos were taken by a different photographer. They captured all the essential moments of the night and more. They stayed until the very end, and even stayed a little longer to squeeze in some of our last minute photo requests. They even provided our guests with a wallet sized wedding photo of us that included a date and link of when the photos would be available to purchase online. And they stuck to that date! The photos and videos were all delivered to us within a couple weeks of the event. The photos were provided on a flash drive and the videos were presented in a keepsake DVD book.
