I was incredibly skeptical so I decided to get a second opinion, and my heat was back up and running within an hour for literally less than 1/6th the cost they quoted me. In the meantime, I sat in the cold for an additional 24 hours. Before then, I was luckily able to get the deposit back for the bogus part they were going to order that I did. Not. Need. But let's say it was just a mistake. It happens. I I tried calling them multiple times per day to get clarification and a refund on the "assessment work" and in the rare times they answered they promised to call back and never did. I still weeks later have not been able to get in touch with someone to even talk about this issue in full. They have completely ghosted me. If you need any plumbing or HVAC work done there is surely somewhere better and at the very least, responsive. Do not use these people.

He cleaned the furnace out and changed the filter. He then said the "heat exchanger is burnt out because it's purple" handed me a bill of $535 for the cleaning and left me without a working furnace/without heat when I have 3 kids. He said he'd call back once he spoke to his supervisor about what he can do about the furnace. I called the office 3 times over the next two days and they literally left me hanging. So in the end, they took $535 from me and never fixed the issue. I called pseg and they got my furnace working with minutes at no cost. Pseg said the drain tray needed emptying. That was it.
