Third time calling on their services: First time took longer than it should have mainly because it clear incompetence of the first serviceman sent. The serviceman who came on day two complete the job. This time I had a simple leak which needed attention. When I tried finding out the eta of the serviceman (it was 10am and my window was 0830-1030) I was met with a "plumber dispatched" response. I again asked for an eta and got a call from the company. The representative of the company was less than forthcoming (a kind description) and when I asked again about a better eta I was told something like "this is a family business and we have relationships with our customers. I really don't like your tone." The day this came off coded would be an understatement. He proceeded with to tell me he wouldn't be fulfilling the he appointment. I tried to bring him back to reason and professionalism to no avail. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company on any level. read more

Fantastic. Efficient. Informative. Have had trouble with a drain in my house. When my tub drained, it filled my slop sink with water and took a while to go down. When I explained this to another company, they quoted me $600, stating the main drain needed to be hydro jetted. Leary of the cost, I reached out to Travisano. They got back to me via text (easier to communicate while working) and we set something up. John came and was kind, respectful, and extremely informative. He was able to fix the drain for us in about an hour, and the cost was nowhere near where I was originally quoted. I think I have found my go to plumber. read more

We turned on our heat last week & it didn't come on. Did a little research & chose to call Travisano. They were friendly & down to earth & came out the next day to check our furnace. Winter is coming so we wanted to make sure to get fixed whatever may be wrong now. Thankfully the furnace was fine just needed a new pump & valves. We had a series of minor to major issues with our hot water heater and steam boiler, left to us by our home's previous owner. In particular the boiler was leaking out of almost every radiator upstairs and every pipe in the basement and the water level would drop to almost zero every two or three days. They responded quickly to our problems, did a full replace of the hot water heater, and managed to salvage the boiler, replacing all of the radiator valves and completely overhauling all of the piping around the boiler. We recently had a clog in our kitchen sink that couldn't be cleared with our 25 ft auger. Found Travisano via Amazon Home Services. They provided a quote promptly and we scheduled the appointment for the next day. They arrived on time, cleared the clog within the hour, and cleaned up after themselves, even taking the time to show me a couple of things with the plumbing in my old house and making some suggestions to our home care that will decrease the likelihood of flood/water damage. Called and explain I needed the anchors removed and new put in for my Koehler Rialto toilet to replace toilet seat and a new flapper. He said he was familiar with toilet and could do it. When I asked if he charged a service fee for looking at it and if he was unable to fix it, his attitude suddenly changed and said he was going to pass on it. I was so pleased with Peters work. He is a perfectionist and was able to repair a leaky toilet and replace a tub drain that another plumber said was impossible to do. Two weeks later another bathtub had a shower lever problem, again Peter replaced the part in this bathroom over my garage. The work was done through the garage ceiling, thereby not causing any cutting of sheetrock in the adjoining room. His helper put the sheetrock back in place and it looks so good that we may pass on having the ceiling repaired. From Peter to Hank to his helper, you can't meet nicer workmen, truly skilled and pleasant. I have used Travisano Plumbing on 2 occasions. The first time they converted a wood burning fireplace to gas at my mom's house. They did a FANTASTIC JOB!! They were professional, friendly, on time and honest. They cleaned up the job area flawlessly. They spent extra time making sure the logs were set to create a great final product. I also called them 2 months later when my Hot water heater failed. I reached Pete on a Friday night and he had his crew there the next morning completing a brand new install within a couple of hours.
