A fellow named Oliver did the actual installation. He explained everything he was doing and why. Project: Replace a Water Heater "My hot water heater cracked and the basement was under water. One of my co-workers recommended TJ very highly. TJ was there the next morning (Saturday) on the 4th of July weekend, pretty awesome, to do the diagnostic for the home insurance to review and determine if the event was cover so the restauration company could start the dry-out work that very same day. TJ also provided the estimate for a new one. His preferred supplier was not open for business but considering the emergency he went home, checked different alternatives and found one from Lowes with the same capacity and good quality, and texted me with the estimate for the installation. Great price, Great work! He explained the township permits to be filled, and he will come when permit papers were ready for him to sign, sure he did. Very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He make himself available during an emergency during a big holiday weekend, it means a lot to me. I even asked for the estimate for two other repairs that have been pending for years.
