Took my lesson with Sam on Tuesday and played round with friend on Thursday. Was nervous because I didn't have time to practice at range before and was going to try his advice on course....OMG, off first tee, hit solid contact straight on fairway. Not every shot and hole was perfect that day - bad habits are hard to change but I was making just better contact and had more confidence. He's also talked me off the quitting ledge more than once. Scott and Liam are absolute beasts in the gym. With well-structured classes -- whether you're a golfer or just looking for a great workout -- my overall fitness has improved dramatically. I can hit the ball further with a whole lot less grunting, and I'm no longer sore and exhausted after 18 holes (fewer strokes helps there too).
