I joined the Pro level membership which gives you discounted hourly rates on hitting and practice. I also had a lesson / swing evaluation to start with and Edward did a great job and showed me a lot of things prior coaches (without the technology and patience) have missed. He really got my setup dialed in on the first lesson. Things felt a lot more connected. As a 15 handicap with a goal to make single digits I am excited to have this place in PV and close to home. I was really trying to convince my wife to let me build a backyard simulator and drop $15k but now i have a place less than a half mile away i can go and i don't have to anger the lady. win win. There's also amazing hours and if you have a membership you can access the hitting bays even when the staff are not there via a code-in system. So well though out. So well built. Jack has systematically worked through my entire bag, and we've steadily chipped away at my handicap. Each lesson is built from the foundation up -- we've reconstructed my swing, developed a process for every shot on the course, and dialed in a real strategy for getting off the tee, hitting middle irons, chipping, and putting. I know he works with scratch golfers too, but I've never felt anything but a deep partnership focused on my goals. When I score well, I genuinely believe Jack is just as happy as I am -- if not more. He's also talked me off the quitting ledge more than once. Scott and Liam are absolute beasts in the gym. With well-structured classes -- whether you're a golfer or just looking for a great workout -- my overall fitness has improved dramatically. It shows most on the course: faster swing speed, increased mobility, and the endurance to actually bounce back on the back nine. They offer golf specific fitness training, golf lessons with a PGA pro, they have a sweet 10 foot simulator so you can work on your swing with video analysis. Its a great facility and the rates are super reasonable. I've worked out with both of them and they are both great! I honestly cannot say enough good things about them, and if I could give their gym 100 stars, I would. I started training with Kim 3 years ago. I set out to just do a few training sessions to get back on track as I'd always been an exerciser but had fallen off the wagon. My experience with Kim was so postive that I kept coming back. Its three years later and I'm so glad I'm still working with her and Chris. I've lost some weight, I feel a lot stronger and healthier, and I feel more balanced in my attitudes towards food and exercise. I've lost body fat without going on a crazy fad diet. I love it! I've always gotten lots of personal attention here. Both Kim and Chris have extensive knowledge of physiology and continue to study. They are always taking classes and attending seminars so I know I'm in good hands. I've gotten the most comprehensive workouts here - strength, balance, flexibility, power, stamina... They aren't in to trends or fads. If I mention a fad diet to Kim, she has usually already studied it and can site scientific journals that refute the claims of that diet.
