They typically arrive late in their schedule for each application and do not show up per their texts. If service has value not sure what we're receiving. We're patient but extremely disappointed. Our neighbors use Weed-man.... At least they show up. We wouldn't recommend Naturescape to anyone.

Nothing fancy just needed regular cuts. I should have listened to the alarm bells that you never could get a live person on the phone and always had to leave a message, however, I have busy days myself and understand as long as I receive a callback. It wasn't until I left a message at 4 pm (their message claims to be open till 5 pm) about requesting to skip a cut the following day and to review some invoicing concerns that the problem started. I never received a callback but wasn't concerned since I was sure that they received the message and would call back to cover my concern. It wasn't until my security cameras alerted me that they had conducted service when I called back, was forwarded again to voicemail, that I became a little irritated. I left a second voicemail and emailed advising about my previous voicemail and that I was not expecting to pay for the that day's service since I had requested the cancel in enough notice. I was contacted back by John (I assume the owner) who was extremely combative, " I don't see what you don't understand about the invoices.", proceeding to cut me off, and said I would be required to pay for that day's service even though he admitted that he was busy the day before and didn't get around to it. This all could have been avoided by just a simple tone of voice change, customer service skills, and a simple invoice break down. Unfortunately, Top Cut Lawn Care has lost out on a faithful customer. Minding we receive an invoice breakdown, we will pay in full and happily break our ties with this rude company. Good Luck

In addition they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure things are done well. I have been so impressed with there service that I referred them to my parents, my in laws and my best friend. I hired them to perform the final grade of my lawn, install grass seed, and provide landscaping around my house. Unfortunately, the quality of their work was extremely poor. The grading of the lawn is very uneven and yard is full of rocks still, some very large, and it's affected the quality of the grass growing in. The unevenness has also led to some areas that pool large amounts of water, and the drainage is poor throughout. Some areas remain very bare, and have more rocks than grass at this point, now 10 months since the seed was installed. Jude's crew also left debris and equipment on our property and our neighbor's, and it irritated our new neighbors enough, and we needed to reach out to Jude multiple times in order to finish the clean-up. Additionally, the edge work around all of our beds is lazy and does not meet the "natural spade edge bed" as outlined in the contract. There's a long dirt patched that they left untouched to the side of our driveway, using the excuse that they couldn't tend to it until our neighbor graded their own property. They informed me of this the day of completion, and they ignored me requests to come back out complete the job as promised. When I attempted to communicate with Jude about these issues, they did not respond to my calls or emails. The voicemail box at the number listed is typically full, and I've only ever reached Jude once on the phone throughout the course of this entire process. I sought Jude out to reach a resolution that would be fair for both parties in order to avoid posting a review like this publicly, but the company has failed to return my calls and emails. I would strongly advise anyone considering using JK Seasonal Services to look elsewhere. Their poor workmanship, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism make them a company to avoid.
