I responded well to my hypnotherapy session and the process was not scary. This was my first time and it wont be the last. The first day and everyday after my hypnotherapy session has made a huge impact on my life. I no longer react to loud noises and people talking around me and or near me. I had texted her after my session: "Just thought I should let you know (and no rush or anything) but [my dog] has been shaking all day today in his back legs and lower back region He's had back problems before and the vet said they can only really act on emergencies just so worried for my baby." She responded, saying she will do his session in a bit. I didn't have to do anything. Just a couple minutes had gone by and his energy clearly shifted. It was unbelievable. I mean, he was immobile all day and just sad. Then all of a sudden, he's eating, walking around faster than he had been in a couple days, excited to go out.
