I have always been fascinated by the moon and it's healing power and I recently found out that Cecilia does a monthly sound bath full moon meditation and had been wanting to try it. Prior to this experience I had 1 reiki session for myself and 1 reiki session for my 9 year old son. When I arrived, every one attending the session was very warm and welcoming ( I think there was 10 of us total). Cecilia had mats, eye pillows, blankets, anything you needed to get comfortable. Cecilia gently guides you to a state of relaxation even if you are not a "meditation pro"... which I am definitely not. All I can say is that Cecilia is a "Master orchestrator ", and you can feel her pure intention of creating a magical environment for her guest to heal and relax under the full moon. I left feeling "literally" like I was on a cloud. I slept like a baby that night and have been feeling very calm and grounded for the days to follow. I will definitely be going back ! Not only was Cecilia amazingly kind enough to wait and accommodate for my late arrival at the start of the class, but she was also very attentive and patient with everyone during our entire session.
