It was a 90 minute session that consisted of 2 main things, along with a gratitude portion at the end. One was laying down with eyes closed and a special light along with a full sound system played. This 30 minute trip was so full of enlightenment. I literally went on a trip that let allowed me to find myself and my place in the world. It was incredible. Next, was breathwork.
