Before he came to CDH I believe he worked out of either Oak Brook Terrace and/or Melrose Park (Gottlieb Hospital). The office location is very nice - large office on the 4th floor of the outpatient center at CDH. I see him Dr. Iacob @ 4 times per year as I have had an ongoing serious migraine condition for over 10 years. Dr. Iacob is said to be "very popular" with patients so you must schedule appointments well in advance to see him. If you are also a BOTOX patient like myself, the office also recommends separating "general follow-ups" and the BOTOX appointments so you may have extra time speaking to Dr. Iacob if you need to discuss medicines or just other general issues. Dr. I or his staff will always get back to you with MyChart email questions, prescription refills, or if you wish to provide him updates in between your office visits. I am very happy with Dr. Iacob overall and I have no plans of stopping my care plan with him unless he leaves the facility and/or some other unforeseen circumstances occur. Dr. Iacob is a cool guy, very professional, and can even be funny at times :) ** I must also mention that Dr. Iacob's nursing staff (nurse practitioners, including Nurse Angela and Nurse Karey M.) are also fantastic. Several times I was having some questions or issues and needed some resolve, and while Dr. I was unavailable, his nurses have always returned MyChart emails or phone calls quickly and were very NICE and THOROUGH, never did I feel rushed off the phone. ONE OTHER TIME, I was having some on-the-fly issues that were bothering me and I called to see if I could somehow bump up my appointment by a week or so or get into the office quicker - by chance the office called me back and told me that while Dr. I was just too booked up, Nurse Karey (who still has all my records, notes, etc.) was able to see me THAT DAY if I wanted! This is a huge bonus to have a nice nursing staff! Would highly recommend Dr. Iacob. I also had some tests done by Dr. Kazkaz (one of Dr. Iacob's colleagues), and he also was very nice. It is vast, encompassing everything from the emergency area to the main sections and patient rooms. The environment is impressive and spotless! Upon my admission to the room, I found it to surpass any previous hospital experience. Upon my admission to the room, it exceeded any previous hospital experience I've had. The technology here is far superior to that of other hospitals I've visited. They are so advanced compared to other hospitals I've visited. The equipment they use is far more advanced than what I've seen in other hospitals. I hope I don't get sick, but if I do, the hospital is definitely the place to go! My attending doctor, Dr. Kaiser, is truly exceptional. He listened attentively to all my concerns and made me feel comfortable during the visit. I've never felt more at ease discussing my health issues. He is one of the kindest doctors I've encountered. His communication style is very pleasant, which makes interactions with him enjoyable. He provided outstanding care throughout my entire journey, from diagnosis to recovery. Additionally, he ensured that I fully understood all my options before moving forward. His staff even followed up to check on my recovery--what amazing service!ervice! These nurses (Katie, Jaimini, Erika, and Niro) and the PCF staff (Connor, Jay, and Matt) who attended to me are among the reasons I highly recommend this hospital. They played a significant role in making my stay pleasant. These nurses and PCF staff are wonderful, they exhibit exceptional personalities when interacting with their patients. They always wear a smile and consistently ask if I need anything. In some hospitals, unless you call for help, the staff may not come by to check on you. Nurses and PCF staff like these truly elevate the profession! I sincerely appreciate each one of them. The social workers at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital are also fantastic! They called to check on me and offered assistance with getting home. To summarize, Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital is truly one of the best! It is the best hospital I have ever visited. There are many positive aspects to highlight; the hospital is spacious, clean, and features excellent patient rooms. The quality of care provided by the doctors, nurses, and PCF staff is a major reason I would highly recommend this hospital. I was there in December for colitis (still to be diagnosed at the time). While there was a long…read morewait time in the ER, I can honestly say that I have never been to ANY ER in ANY hospital where the wait was quick. It always seems to be a very minimum of 2 hrs. I was there late morning on a Sunday; it took about 3 hours to be seen. Once I was put in a room, thing proceeded quickly and I was very well cared for. When they diagnosed my problem, I was admitted and I swear the care was so good that I didn't mind being there at all. I will never go to another hospital unless I am travelling. In my opinion, CDH is the best, with kind and qualified doctors and nurses and the finest care around.

I had the displeasure of having to see Dr. Sajed Mohammed while admitted to the hospital. Not only did he tell me I was OK to drive even though I was having seizures, he also had no bedside manner or follow up care. What a nightmare! She refuses to call in scripts and makes me call my pharmacy and make the pharmacist call in ALL requests to the doctor. I've never dealt with an office who won't give the doctor a script request. I find the receptionist lazy and very inefficient. Often, I have to keep calling the office and asking if the refill was called in. I've been told by the receptionist that she will NOT contact me when the script is called into the pharmacy, and I can just "keep calling your pharmacy until it gets there." HUH??!! When I tried to explain to the receptionist that this is a very inefficient way to know when I can pickup my daughter's meds, she replied, "it's the only way, because I don't know when or IF scripts are refilled." Then, "sleepy sounding receptionist" hangs up, and I spend the next 5+ hours trying to guess when to pickup my daughter's meds, and if they've even been called in at all. The receptionist also blames ME when she never returns my calls. When I finally get upset because I can't get the office to call me back, the receptionist says, "I left you a message. You must not have gotten it." This excuse worked the first and second times, but by the 3rd time, it's just annoying. Even when I explain that I don't have any missed calls from the office and NO messages, the receptionist than blames my phone and says "something must've happened." Huh??! No, nothing "happened" other than I can't seem to get returned calls from this office. Today, after waiting for 2 days for a return call, I was told "sorry, the doctor already left for the day, so you will need to wait another day before she can call in medicine for your daughter." So, tomorrow will be DAY THREE that we wait, when this should really take 5 minutes. It might be time to search for other options in St. Charles. As I mentioned, Dr. Venugopal is a great doctor, but if you want to see her, be prepared to fight with her receptionist to get refills, appointments or returned calls (and be prepared to be blamed too). I've had experience with other psychiatrists' offices with my daughter (in different places we've lived), and this office is definitely one of the worst to deal with (because of the staff).

The actual care providers (Docs, nurses, etc) are genrally good. But the problems happen with internal procedures and processes that are rigidly followed without anyone being able to explain them. When you ask to speak with someone higher up, the only answer you get is "no!" As for patient advocacy and the customer service departments, they are unhelpful for the same reasons. I've asked multiple times to be contacted by someone, it never happens. I'm not listing my specific service breakdowns here as this is already long. I do wonder what I'm worth in terms of lifetime revenue and profit to Duly? Surely they have this kind of data. It can't be a small amount. Sadly, Duly acts as if they have no competition or maybe they just don't care enough to have their leadership start with the customer/patient in mind. Duly Health and "Care". They should remove the last word from their name because they either don't want to, or simply can't live up to the definition of that word. It's great for marketing their brand, but they currently can't execute it. Don't choose Duly I'm general or even a specific provider affiliated with Duly. Go somewhere else. You may just save yourself a few unnecessary headaches!

They are only there to screen calls and ask for your name and birthdate and then riddle you with nonsensical questions to waste your time. There is absolutely no assurance the off-shore site is going to do anything and have proven it to that face on too many dates. Duly My Chart is NOT reliable. Too many overlooks for requests, messages, and if you get a response it is inadequate and lacking. I do like my GP but it isn't worth staying around when I am trying to manage my health and then get the run-around from Duly's less than professional customer service.
