Ronald is a top notch attorney with an intellect to match. I was fortunate enough to have an…read moreusually extended period of time consulting with him. Not only did he explain legal concepts that were crucial to my decision-making process, he used examples that were relevant to me as an individual. I have met and worked with an inordinate number of attorneys in my short 10 years since college and my opinion of Ron is that he is a uniquely qualified individual who expresses compassion and patience in his practice. Thank you Ron! If you were ever to run for DA or a similar political position you would soundly have my support and vote.

Based on my family's direct experience, I am deeply concerned about the amount of preparation, communication, and meaningful attorney-client contact provided before critical hearings where a minor's freedom was at stake. Children facing incarceration or commitment deserve an attorney who meets with them, understands their circumstances, explains their rights and options, reviews the case thoroughly, and is prepared to advocate for them. I strongly encourage parents whose children are represented by Kylie Cin to ask questions: When did she last meet privately with your child? How much preparation occurred before court? Were alternatives investigated? Does your child understand what is happening? Juvenile proceedings can change the course of a child's life. In my opinion, representation should never feel rushed or merely procedural when years of a young person's freedom may be at stake. This review reflects my personal experience and observations.

Pretty sure people that are calling in for an attorney are already feeling overwhelmed and desperate for help and to then have attitude is absolutely unacceptable. The last straw for me with this firm was being told I'd hear from one of the attorneys shortly and they just never called me at all. I would recommend giving your finances to any other firm besides this one. I expect way better for people that are taking so much of my money.

I left my marriage with nothing and had to completely rebuild my life for myself and my son. Despite the urgency of the situation, this attorney failed to act with any real sense of urgency or advocacy. It took months just to obtain a child support order, and even after it was ordered, there has been no meaningful effort to enforce payment. I have still not consistently received child support, aside from a few months my ex husband voluntarily paid himself. Communication throughout this process has been poor and unprofessional. Concerns were routinely dismissed, and I was often met with condescending behavior instead of guidance or solutions. At times, serious issues regarding my case were laughed off rather than handled professionally. For the amount of money charged and the amount of time that has passed, I expected competent representation, responsiveness, and actual progress. Unfortunately, this experience felt more like being ignored than represented.
