I clearly stated multiple times I did NOT want credit repair services--only to settle my $2,700 debt. The rep (Renee) repeatedly reassured me they would not dispute anything and would only help resolve the account, saying it could be handled for $1,500. I told her I was driving, in a rush, and couldn't review documents. She said they were only for verification, so I trusted her and agreed. Within 3 business days, I called back for confirmation and was told I had been enrolled in a credit repair program instead. Jose, a very rude account manager, refused to help with my debt and denied refunding the $698 I paid, claiming services were provided--which is false.

They tried to remove themselves as my council because i didnt respond to them in a timely manner. Im not sure why this was required, as they had told me the case would likely go the same route as the first time, so they should need little to no information from me at this point. After i responded to them, I told the person that i would contact them the following monday to discuss whatever they needed. That person was out of office. Today , i get a notice that something has been uploaded to my portal. when i try to access it, i get this error: Forbidden Your account does not have access to the requested application. OFC its been silence from them since all this started happening after i called and the guy that i was supposed to speak with wasnt there.

I got a letter from this "law firm" advising me that I'm being sued by a creditor. News to me!…read moreWouldn't I have been served by now if I were being sued? Anyway, they want me to hire them so they can represent me in this "case". And oh by the way, they say they can also help me with other debt that I'm not being sued for. They cite a case number at the bottom of the letter. I, being the smart person I am, go to my county's official court records lookup and enter the case number. No results! Hmm. I enter my name. No results! I have come to the conclusion that I am indeed not being sued, and that this firm is a group of charlatans.

He promises to help clean your credit up at first in about 30 days to 90 days. Tells you everything you want to hear. I was referred by a sales manager from Clear Lake Nissan so i trusted this man and the process. I have called and stayed in contact every single month to get Johnny Le (not the company but himself) to work on my acct. When my acct does get worked on the results are good but you literally have to track him down every month. I have never had to hunt down a person to try to get work to be down that is paid for. I should have listened to my instincts. Never pay all up front for work that has not been completed. John i know you read your reviews as this is your way of paying your bills. I will change the review from a negative to a positive when i get the results you seem to sell your words and company on.
