Their pizza is way better than most pizza around here, so I think it's well worth the price. Staff was lovely, atmosphere and amenities are bright, clean, awesome. But... You can't redo the whole place, build a nice bar, put beer and wine signs everywhere, and then charge $7 for a Bud Light, $12 for a Jess, and $21 yes, $21 for a Tito's and soda. You're playing the short game. This is a neighborhood with working class families that would love to splurge and support your business - please consider that bar prices aren't listed and when they come on a tab and are double standard pricing it feels predatory.
