Lordy Lordy a close comparison to pizza in Rome. My only wish is that the basil were whole leaf and spread over the pizza top to get the full flavor of garlic, tomato and basil. And of course raw after the pizza is cooked. THAT would have made the pizza a 10 star in my opinion. Watching them hand toss the dough reminded me of being back in Italy or back home in Boston. Perfecto! We also tried the Antipasto salad which was very good indeed. Maybe some herbs/spices in the oil & vinegar? My husband loved his sausage parm dinner and salad and my daughter thoroughly enjoyed Aly's grilled chicken grinder (teriyaki sauce and American cheese) and has enough for lunch tomorrow. Homemade potato chips with bonfire sauce = OMG delish! I could sit and eat baskets & baskets!! The people were very attentive, checked on us and the restaurant was very clean and orderly. You can't redo the whole place, build a nice bar, put beer and wine signs everywhere, and then charge $7 for a Bud Light, $12 for a Jess, and $21 yes, $21 for a Tito's and soda. You're playing the short game.
