Ordered a roast beef grinder with extra cheese and extra meat. American cheese. Garbage. No extra meat. Roast beef was grilled. Ordered oil and vinegar instead of mayo. No vinegar, rancid oil. Also ordered a chicken parm grinder. Rubber chicken tenders. Worst grinders I've ever had. Should have bought gas station sushi. Do yourself a favor, never, ever get their food. I have ordered previously from this establishment; the food is good and the drivers friendly and prompt. As I was awaiting my delivery this evening I heard a knock on the door. While I headed to answer it, the doorknob started jiggling violently. I am a widow and I live alone. After ascertaining who was there, I opened the door. The driver - who had been here before - walked in and told me had tried to come in but the door was locked. Gee; why do you think that is? Possibly because I don't want strangers walking into my home? The woman who answered the phone at the restaurant apologized and said she would speak to the manager. I don't want anything but a reprimand to happen to this man, but his behavior was unconscionable and needs to be addressed. I write this to inform the next customer who may have forgotten to lock the door. read more

They are nice, but the chicken parm had so much water, my boyfriend filled half a small Burger King cup with red water, and no flavor, kinda tasted like a microwave meal... the chicken was super soggy. My gyro was ok, but I paid for extra sauce and definitely didn't get that.. They let us get a dollar off our soda. But There was no forks or napkins in the bag. The prices are low, but I guess you pay for what you get. read more

Husky pizza is a local favorite of mine. Pizza sauce is perfect, and their specialty pizza's are tasty. Their broccoli bites are a great appetizer and won't fill you up and ruin you entree. Another great appetizer is this loaded potato skins. Place is super clean, and the staff if friendly. Food is always hot and if you place an order for pick up and you haven't showed up to pick it up they will call you and let you know it's ready so you can pick it up before it gets cold. read more

Gotta say I've never ordered from there before and decided to go out of our comfort zone with our normal pizza joint. The pizza was delicious. Omg. And the garlic parm wings were the bomb ! Delivery came in a timely manner even it being game day. I was a little wary because they have a huge menu for a small place. But they run it right. Totally recommend. Me and the family were happy that we did. And the garlic butter sauce to dip the pizza crust in is a nice touch. Adding to my past review. I ordered 30 wings and Cajun fries. Was at my house piping hot and fresh within a half hour. Wings were meaty. Not any bs Tyson Costco small ones. Fresh and cooked perfect. And I got three flavors of wings. read more

The pizza is spectacular, when it actually arrives, but the customer service is one of the worst I've experienced. Food regularly takes well over the stated delivery time, which I can handle. Tonight was an hour and a half past it. When I called, I was told my order was never received, though I had a receipt from both them and PayPal. When I stated this, I was put on hold, then told they "found it" (a miracle!) and they could either send my food or a refund. I asked if I could get a discount given the INCREDIBLE delay and was told that was impossible. Asked for a refund, and will not be going back. I'm at my last straw and very done with this place. We've never gone wrong ordering a pizza here. The pizza's are delicious and they don't skimp on toppings. The customer service is also pretty decent. With all the options close by, we are usually drawn back to Husky Pizza. They also send a signature sauce with every pizza that is delicious. We haven't explored any part of their menu aside from the pizza, but the pizza definitely has an edge over the competition. read more

My wife and I always order grinders on Friday night. This week we were both in the mood for a pizza. So we ordered the meat lovers pizza and had it delivered. Said it would be there in about 45 min. Pizza was at our door in 35 min. and it was one of the best pizza's we ever had! Crust had just the right amount of crunch and not over cooked. Plenty of meat and cheese. Will continue our Friday night dinner from Huskys. Great place!!! read more

Bad pizza (mushy), bad (very late) delivery. I tried delivery twice. Once it came but very late. The other time I changed my mind and called to cancel several hours ahead of time, but the pizza showed up anyway (and my card was charged for it). Not, not, not worth it. read more

We just moved to Ludlow and wanted to order pizza. We decided with them. We got one of their special met pizzas and then just a cheese wand pepperoni. Really disappointed that I have to give this place only 1 star, but the service here is so dreadful, they don't deserve any more. We've been ordering here for many years. Every time we order, they say 20 minutes, whether it be pizza, grinders, appetizers, etc. so we arrive in 20 minutes, and I always end up waiting another 15-20 minutes for my food. And every single time we order grinders from here they always mess at least one of them up, every time. We are definitely done ordering from this place, I'm done dealing with the awful service. Never again will I deal with this place. If you was delicious quality food, from a restaurant with employees that know what they're doing, try Pizza Royal on Boston Road, or Indian Orchard Pizza on Main Street. read more

Said we were first timers after hearing many good things for awhile. Tried a few different things and they were all fantastic! Stole my money. Never delivered my order. 2 hours after placing my order just as i had a million times before, my food still hadn't been delivered. I called and asked where my food was and they told me it was "on the way." Food NEVER came and I was STILL CHARGED!!! I had to dispute the charge on my credit card. My family and I love this place! Always order from them when we have parties or just a lazy family night. We never had any problems with our orders or food. Ordered a pizza for the kids on my way home from work. Ordered it easily online and paid with credit card on their website and it was ready in 15 minutes as I drove up. Pizza was good and the kids enjoyed it. All the ingredients seemed fresh and the dough tasty. Will probably use again. Prices seem comparable to other pizza joints. I just have to share with everyone how wonderful Husky Pizza is! We have lived in the Indian Orchard area for years and the shop has constantly been sold and has went through so many different owners. The new Husky owners are by far the best yet. The staff are genuine, kind, and go the extra mile for customers. The second time I placed an order I was pleasantly surprised to have been addressed by my first name. You can really tell just how passionate they are about their business. As for the pizza, we're really big fans of white pizzas and we must say the chicken Alfredo pie is always fresh, delicious, and never greasy. I highly recommend Husky for your next get together with friends or quiet pizza & wine night. read more

This place was a joke. I ordered a margarita pizza and side salad. It finally was delivered an hour and 45 minutes after I ordered it. I got an estimate of 35 minutes. I had called the place twice and both times the gal claimed it was still on its way. The pizza itself was stone cold, and came with feta cheese instead of fresh mozzarella. Decent pizza place with an impressive selection of specialty pies and grinders. The pizza is okay, but worlds better than their nearest competitor, Gold's Pizza. The grinders are very good - I recommend the chicken parm. Parking is across the street. Only three tables for dining in, but they deliver pretty quick. read more

This is our second time having a not so great experience with delivery time and actually delivering the right order. Food took over an hour to get here. Then once arrived not all food that was ordered was delivered. Called them explained what happened no problem there sending order rite over. I live 5 minutes away.. Have been ordering the Pizzas for about a year now, they are great. I find the service and prompt delivery also good. However, today I ordered grinders for the first time. Ordered 3 large and 1 small, Lg order of fries and a bag of chips. When i asked for a large bag they said they only had one size. I assumed a medium bag. When my order came I got great fries, but a single serving bag of chips. The Chicken Cutlet grinder I ordered was now a Cold Cut grinder. The small BLT with mayo, was now a large BLT with mayo and lots of oil. The Pastrami with provolone came like jerky with cheese and was very salty and dry. The only grinder that came as ordered was a plain cold roll with bacon, cheese and lettuce. The worst experience I have ever had with them or any else for that matter regarding grinders. Sorry. But it truly was not worth $20 let alone the $40 I paid. read more

I ordered a chicken delux grinder and french fries from them and when it came the food was cold and the lettuce was brown. I called and told them about it and the cashier ask the the manager/owner what she should do. He told her that if I CANNOT eat the cold food she should refund my money and I should return the food. I returned the food and the owner told the delivery guy to tell me not to call back to order anything because I refuse to eat the cold fries and the grinder with the brown lettuce.
