Diane understood my needs and she fit me with the perfect sneaker that I aim able to use daily. I decided to return to the store two weeks later and ask for Diane again. She remembered me and I told her this time I needed an indoor outdoor slipper, that would work as well as my sneakers. Today, I was using a gift certificate I received as a Christmas gift at a nail salon right next door to Kicks and decided to pop in to see the shoe selection. Kicks is a women's only shoe store, or should I say "boutique." The owner, John, selects shoes that you won't find anywhere else in the area, unless you did some online shopping. He also does offer some handbags and costume jewelry. He has a decent selection of dressy sandals, stilettos and wedges. The prices are a bit high in my opinion, but then again... you can score like I did today; I found a pair (the last pair available which also happened to be in my size!) of beautiful faux snake skin wedges originally priced at $79, however; they were marked 50% off - SOLD! I also picked up a pair of silver plated long dangle earrings for $3! John is super awesome... he's friendly and all about the customer service. If you're looking for something different to wear out for a night out on the town with the girls, then you need to stop by Kicks to see what he has to offer as according to John, he gets new stock in every Friday.
