The quality of care there is the best I've ever experienced. They called today just like they said they would to check up on me to make sure everything went well. It could not have gone better. The office experience was beyond reproach. If you don't know what that means, it means that it was better than excellent! Dr. O'sullivan is the best doctor I have ever been to and believe me, I have been to more than my share, not just for teeth.

I called spoke with several of the staff but ultimately Cindy took care of my appointment prep. Went today and the office staff were all pleasant and helpful and Dr. Sullivan is a hoot! He made me feel comfortable throughout the process and we laughed and laughed... also shout out to Jean she was very nice as well. Highly recommend choosing them for your dental needs.

I've always had lots of anxiety, and past traumas from the dentist, but I would say that this has been the most calm and relaxing treatment I've had so far. Even for a root canal, which is generally very unpleasant. This barely hurt at all. I can't recommend this place enough.

Once I walked in the door, the first thing I noticed was how CLEAN and tidy it was. The receptionists were nice and welcoming. I was quickly called back for X-rays and the lady was great. Dr. Woo came in shortly after and explained everything to me in great detail. I have called 5+ times, and every time I've waited 20+ minutes for no one to answer. Doesn't matter what day, what time of hour, there is genuinely no way of contacting the dental office. You website doesn't even list an email to send Xrays to. Inner Harbor better not bill me for an appointment that I've tried to cancel months in advance. Can someone go check and see whether the office is still open? All I see are the Inner Harbor AI chatbots replying to people in Yelp and Google reviews.

I was a new customer. Made my appointment in March, the 1st opening was April 23rd. Sounded like…read morethe answering service was in India, but got it done. I arrived early at 12:30 for my 1pm appt. because I suspected there would be forms to fill out. They handed me a tablet that needed a charge, but I got it done in low energy mode. There were 2 people before me and 5 came in after me. They were ALL called back before me! So after waiting 45 min. I asked what was going on and they assured me it would just be a few more minutes. 5 minutes later I was ushered back for a series of 13 X-rays that were painful and I'm not a wimp. I have a high tolerance to pain. Then back to the 2nd room and waited another 20 minutes! The tech that came in introduced herself from over my right shoulder. Never saw her face. She put a bib on me and poked around for a minute & looked at my X-rays & said I would need 2 crowns on "3 & 15" but that wouldn't happen today, this would just be a cleaning today. So I waited another 10 minutes. (by now it's 2:50) and another tech comes in to announce (over my right shoulder) that we're out of time so the cleaning will have to wait for the next appt. I said "I think we're done here - raise the chair please." And as I was getting up I was instructed to return to the reception area for check out. I knew this would rob me of another 15minutes so I quietly walked out. My appointment was with Dr. Juan Loyola and I never saw him. All the staff were women - not that there's anything wrong with that but they were over booked and I cannot recommend this practice to ANYONE!

The lady on the phone was kind and helpful, and gave me detailed instructions on how to find the office when I came for my appointment. The office was nice, the waiting room had coffee, tea and water. Everyone I encountered at the front desk was incredibly friendly. I was x-rayed and then Dr. Mann came in to review that and do some other sensitivity tests. He was thorough, informative, and I really felt like he cared about what was best for me. Ultimately he did not feel that I needed a root canal at this time, and it was refreshing that he was honest and didn't try to sell me a service I didn't actually need. However, if I do need a root canal in the future, this is definitely the place I'll be going! Overall great experience!

Dr. Miraku (Dr. Miracle as mom refers to her as) has been nothing shirt of amazing. She was very thorough and informative. After an exam I was told that I needed to get a root canal and I instantly felt doom. I have really bad dental anxiety. She explained why this course of action was necessary and I was on her books in no time. After the numbing the procedure went well. I'm so glad that I really didn't feel any pain when she was drilling. That is usually my biggest fear. With some headphones and the anxiety meds she prescribed....I feel like I did well. I did need to come back for a second visit because she couldn't reach or find the 3rd root and still couldn't but she said that everything else looks good and I can revisit her in 9 months. The front staff and everyone I encountered were super nice. If anyone is looking for an endo....I recommend this place and Dr. Mireku!

So, nobody goes to the endodontist because things are going well. For me, it was a first root…read morecanal. Some points to make: 1) When I was younger, attempts to numb me at the dentist's office would trigger active panic attacks. I'd needed sedation for basic fillings in the past. 2) I have a very strong gag reflex. 3) ... But also, I am a biologist / general dork with a pretty high level understanding of what's going on. I get that the endodontists are absolutely there to help + they're doing good things. Personally I get a lot of comfort from just -knowing- what is happening, and enjoy the granular details that some people might find confusing or uncomfortable. Your mileage may vary. That said, it was immediately apparent that the team is very used to working with all sorts of anxious patients! They seem to have many different approaches tailored towards different types of anxiety. In my case, they were happy to indulge my inner nerd, which I found very soothing. In terms of the physical experience... It was a nonissue. The most uncomfortable part was just my jaw being stiff from being open so long! The doctor and assistant were very communicative throughout the procedure, which I find helpful with my involuntary anxieties + sense of control. There was essentially zero pain--just some soreness afterwards, which is completely unavoidable. (Two ibuprofen every six hours and I'm fine!) If you're the anxious type... This is a good place to be. For obvious reasons, I hope I don't need another root canal, but if I did, I would come back.

I originally made an appointment for the Owings Mills office but ended up at the Hunt Valley office…read moreas the location was more convenient for me. Having severe dental anxiety and finding out you need to have your wisdom teeth out is never fun. I did have to schedule my appointment 5 separate times to get my teeth out. I had to cancel the first 4 because I was too afraid but the staff was very understanding each time and gave me the same support and took their time with me each time I came in. Everyone was kind and well informed. I felt like a priority and was treated like one. I ended up getting my teeth out on my 5th appointment and had a great experience. Dr Schwartz was the doctor that took out all 4 of my teeth. Natasha in post op was very kind and took fantastic care of me. Two days later I woke up in excruciating pain as my body was far more sensitive than usual in recovery. I called multiple times to ask questions and was helped promptly each time. That same day I was fit in for an appointment an hour after my call. One of the doctors even offered me a personal unopened water bottle as I was sensitive to tap water. I was given more pain medication which helped but made me sick. I called and was immediately given something to help with my nausea. The doctors and nurses at this practice really care about their patients and making sure they have the best experience possible when dealing with something that nobody really wants to deal with. I would 100% go here if I had to do it all over again. I was welcomed and informed and encouraged to call even if it was a slight concern, they wanted to make sure everything was okay. If you are someone with severe dental anxiety, this is the place to go. They can accommodate you and make this the experience that gets rid of the anxiety associated with dentists or surgery in general.
