Disappointed,twice,never went back.Not really what I would call high end pizza.More like cookie cutter,pressed out. Pizza!

Sadly, after being my 'go to' pizza place (and ordering regularly) since 2007, I'm going to have to look for other options. The wait time is longer than ever, which would be OK if my orders weren't continually screwed up. Something is always forgotten, or I'm given the wrong item I've ordered. I spoke with the manager and he blamed his employees for the latest mess up. My caesar salad was forgotten and the very nice delivery person said they would go get it. I was told he forgot to take it with him, but almost 40 minutes later, I'm still waiting. And I don't live very far way, so I'm pretty sure they just didn't make it. The manager did apologize, but was very insincere and blamed his employees outright and said that he wasn't there so it wasn't his fault. I'm so disappointed, and I think that this order is my last. I ordered A burger and fries from Alexandria's last night, deliver was quick as per usual, no complaints there. However when I sat down and began to eat my meal, I realised that my fries tasted like they were a day old and that my burger had gravy slopped all over the inside of the foil. I called to complain since this was the second time that this had happened to me lately. The very polite young women who answers the phone promptly put the manager on the line. He then proceeded to call me a liar, told me to stick it up my ass and said that if I had a problem with the food to come say it to his face as he hung up the phone....SO I DID Upon entering the restaurant, I asked "who was it that wanted these stuck up my ass?" (in a calm tone by the way) The first thing I heard back was "do you want me to call the police?" (one man said to another) All I was looking for was either my money back or a replacement order, but instead I had to stand there for 20+ minutes arguing with the manager who's claiming that I "started this fight". Eventually I got a replacement for PART of my order, while the manager was still calling me out about the entire ordeal. I even apologised for my non-resistant tone, (as I just wanted to take my food and go home) And of course he just kept running his mouth about my "attitude" even as I walk out the door and got into the car. Lo and behold! It was just as terrible as the food I had just taken up. Well done on the outside, uncooked inside. I've known for a while that this Alexandria's had been going down hill over the past couple years as far as food quality and I could live with that to a degree. However, being shot off to and called out just for complaining about food that was truly awful is something I will not stand for. It's called simple customer service, if you can't be friendly then you shouldn't be in this field. Between my household, They're going to be losing around 5-6k per year because of this. (five people each order Alexandria's for roughly 2 meals a week, not to mention every out of town friend whom I used to take up there.) All because of one prideful loud-mouth wearing an apron on a power trip, who just couldn't stop shooting off. read more

The poutine was great, but the pizza undercooked. Called and spoke with manager. I received excuses and "maybe you are just not used to our pizza". I told him, undercooked is undercooked. I was simply calling to give them a heads up that maybe something wrong with their oven. Keep in mind, no apology or resolution provided at this point. Manager stated would check oven himself and if he found anything wrong would call me. REALLY?!. I worked in the industry for many year and for the last 25 years in customer service. This manager needs additional training. I told him, I was simply giving a heads up, the pizza was wasted as not edible and I did not anticipate I would hear from him, as he would not find anything wrong with his oven. of course. He did not argue this and said goodnight and ended call. We will not be ordering from there again. and I will be busy sharing this on social media this evening. read more

Can you say Pizza Pizza - Well not much difference and the best judge is lift the Pizza box and it is light but not cheap. Almost $16 for a medium and I almost ate it all myself, very disappointed with the "humble beginnings" motto which they certainly forgot about! I'm not from Quebec, and I am definately not a poutine connoisseur. I was however, extremely unimpressed by the "Queen of Poutine" as voted by the east coast. First off, the fries were cheap, frozen fries. Could be worse, except the basis of a good poutine are good, fresh cut fries. Secondly, a poutine is NOT a poutine unless it is made with cheese curds. This should be advertised as mozza fries since it was made with cheap shredded mozzerella ans not delicious squeaky curds. The gravy was subpar at best. It was piping hot at least, but pretty runny and flavourless. I am visiting from Ontario and was hoping this poutine would live up to the hype. It certainly did not. read more

For god sakes do NOT order the wings. I ordered the "lemon and pepper" wings on April 15 2017 around 1am. I received what I would describe as extremely dry "pigeon sized" wings which were mostly mini "flappers" rather than drummies. The "lemon and pepper" part was a side carton of dry spices. Wow. Only gave one star because I had to, if there were an option for zero stars that is what I would rate this place. I have never had a good experience with them. Boyfriend and I ordered two donairs, they were over cooked (meat was dark and crunchy), the pita bread and rock hard, and it was literally dripping in grease. Called the next day to complain, Alex answered the phone claiming to be manager, when my boyfriend told him what was wrong he laughed and told him it didn't happen, and then when I called back to see what they were going to do about it, Alex hung the phone up on me. Later that evening the REAL manager called and told us Alex isn't manager and has no authority what so ever. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND read more

Used to live closer to the downtown location, which had way better poutine. The Titus St. Location drowns it in gravy, but Alexandra's is still my fav poutine. Until yesterday, we ordered two poutines and there was something seriously wrong with the gravy. I don't know if they changed it or ruined it somehow but it smelled off and tasted terrible. Will be the last time I order from there. read more

Pizza is usually burnt and lacking taste. Exorbitant prices unless you buy 2+ pizzas, and even then it's high. Why would I buy a donair pizza for almost $27? Insanity. read more

Order from here 2-3 times a month for the last 4 years. Always really fast and delicious. All of my guests, no matter where they're from always ask: " where did we get that pizza from last time " read more
