It was partly this peaceful environment and partly Jennifer's gentle manner that had me totally calm and relaxed in minutes. I had never had shiatsu before and I have to tell you.. Try shiatsu some time in your life! It's not just a normal massage feeling. It's transformative. I felt it in my whole body. I love NIM and don't know where I'd be without this clinic! It's one of the only allergy clinics in the country that does end-point-titration allergy-therapy, which makes such a big difference in successfully controlling my allergies. (I used to have to fly from Massachusetts to Dallas for end-point titration!) I've suffered in the past with terrible, debilitating autoimmune symptoms, which Dr Lynch--who actually cares, listens and works with me--helped me resolve with natural supplements, dietary adjustments, allergy shots, and minimal medications. Since they treat multiple people at the same time in one room (which is NOT a problem for the client, trust me) they are able to drive their cost per session WAY down. The next day, the day of my appointment, I tried calling them--from two different numbers that I found at their website. It rings, transfers to another phone, rings, and does this about 5 times, then you're on hold and eventually have to hang up because no one ever answers the phone, and there is nothing that tells you how much longer you have to wait. :-( VERY aggravating!! I've never seen any business harder to talk to! The day I went down there, their website said "Walk-ins Welcome!" So, I walked in that day and waited for nearly 15 minutes before I was acknowledged, and then was told that they couldn't see me at all that they were already full for that day and "would you like to make an appointment." So, I made one, and now cannot nicely tell them to please give my time to someone else because their email doesn't work, and no one ever answers the phone!! Don't even waste your time with these people and do not be fooled into thinking that if you get a MM card that you're going to save a bunch of money at the dispensary, cause it just ain't so!
