Made an appointment online to have my fingerprints taken the other day and this was the most…read moreconvenient place closest to me. It's a fee of $85.00 and is collected at the time you make it. This place is like a UPS Store but they offer so much more, such as passport services, fingerprinting services, notary, and of course regular mail service VIA USPS and and not use UPS. When I arrived, Jaime (male) assisted me in using the fingerprint machine which is all done electronically; gone are the days of using an ink pad, or the ink roller that takes a heap of thick ink that's rolled on a piece of paper. I can't say enough nice things about Jaime...his whole attitude and humble service was so uncompelling, I honestly wished the world was filled with Jamies... His quiet demeanor threw me off a bit as I'm not sure if he's the owner or not but he's been there for a while. I hope he's the owner and reaping in hug amounts of cash; this person changed my day from an incredibly bad one needing to spend it at a lab place down the street with some nitwit of a nasty woman.

Suddenly The Amazon worker rushed out of her truck and over to me. I had gotten out to ask the USPS driver after three times to please move and then I decided to get the ID of the vehicle as that was my only recourse. The Amazon worker rushed at me saying I was harassing the USPS driver. I moved quickly into my car for safety but she followed me and she banged on my glass screaming at me "what is wrong with you white people" They Karenized me gaslighting the situation when they were being aggressive. When I ducked into their store to ask them to please get their delivery people off of me they told me I had to leave that it was "too loud" instead one of them went outside to chat with the Amazon worker and smiled as he left the store to talk to her I felt threatened so instead I called 911 as the Amazon worker was outside the shop not letting me leave. I will never set foot in this place again. They work with bullies and thugs. Meanwhile I was late to work and the cops did nothing either. Never set foot in this bizarre palace again - and I escalated the situation to Amazon, because this shop did nothing to palliate that the drivers that work with them bully their customers and they don't care that they block traffic for their purposes

They called him/her and I was told they'd be there in 15 minutes. I waited until 4:40 and the notary had not yet showed up. What REALLY pissed me of was the fact that I called ahead of time to confirm and they totally wasted my time. I drove 10 minutes to the UPS store on Miami Gardens and 19th Ave and got it done in a minute. You should have a little more consideration for people's time and maybe buy a watch! Very unprofessional indeed! There was another couple waiting there that had been told the same thing about the notary being there earlier. I'll still use UPS stores but NEVER this one!

When we arrived, the staff member assisting us (a bald gentleman) informed us that the machine was broken, which can happen, of course. However, the way it was handled was extremely unprofessional. He avoided eye contact, showed no interest in helping, and simply told us to "call PrintScan" without offering any guidance or alternatives. There was no effort to assist or provide basic customer service. This was very different from the excellent service I received here the week before. A little courtesy and willingness to help would have made a big difference. Fortunately, PrintScan quickly helped us reschedule at another location and we were able to complete the process the same day, but the experience at this store was still frustrating. I hope management addresses this, as customer service matters just as much as the service itself.

I walked in this morning to send a package and was greeted first and foremost by wonderful smell…read morecoming from the store. I asked the two beautiful young ladies what was that smell was it a shampoo what were they wearing what did they burn. The graciously gave me a card that had the only information and they sprayed the card so if I would remember the sent. That was just one little detail along with their smiling faces, sunny disposition, willingness to help effectively and professionally, and the fact that they taped the box no charge were all just my reasons for calling this place my UPS store. It's the only courier shop that has a 4 star rating while take a look at the grumbling reviews on any platform they don't exceed 2 star. It's clean, well stocked, neat, offers a host for great services including notarizing, shredding, printing etc and the staff is stellar and always helpful. They are all UPS stores but franchises so you are dealing with small shop owners. Even if I have a closer UPS I make it here hands down. I support great local businesses.
