I've really dragged my feet on posting this review. Should had really done this a long, long, long, long time ago because it's very well deserved... the only reason I gave them 5 stars, is because they don't have anything above it. I have to say, Alexis Jumpers is amazing! I They are my go to and I recommend them to EVERYONE, EVERYONE! I have been using Alexis Jumpers going on 8 years now. I use them at least 5 times a year. They are very friendly and I have NEVER, NEVER had an issue with them. They have the best prices around...trust me, I've done my research. I am a horrible planner and tend to call them 2 days before the event to book a large slide jumper and about 7 tables with chairs, they come through each and every single time. Once they even came back to deliver a helium tank that was not on my original order...love it! Keep in mind I am a horrible planner! Jumper is always delivered a day in advance and is picked up the day after the event, maybe it's because I have been with them so long or live in a secure house with a yard, either way, that works for us! And yes, I know I've mentioned it, their prices are the best I've found, but just like every satisfied consumer/customer, what keeps me coming back is their customer service. My overall experience with Alexis Jumpers is great!! We went to their store to check what they have and the lady that assist us was very sweet and accommodating. The weather was bad, days before to my daughter's party so I called Alexis Jumpers and they let me cancelled the jumper that I have reserved but then when it came on the day of the party weather suddenly turned good so I called them again and within minutes they delivered and set up the jumper. They also made my daughter's photobooth picture frame customized and designed it as I requested. Also got a very nice piñata from them!! They showed up an hour and a half late for our company party...I must have called them 20 times in the morning trying to figure out what happened...I got thru once in the morning and told Elizabeth that I was freaking out, our company picnic is set to start in 2 hours and I have no table, chairs, canopy or bounce house. She said she would call the guys on the delivery truck and call me right back. Well that never happened, I kept trying to call her back and she returned my calls. They finally showed up about half hour before our picnic started, needless to say we were setting up as our guests were arriving. DON"T USE THESE PEOPLE, even through their prices were good, it was not worth the aggravation or stress they caused our team. read more

This company is the most unprofessional company I have encountered. When I called to ask where they were, well after the agreed drop off time, they said they would get there in an hour and threatened to cancel. The jumper, tables and chairs finally arrived 1/2 way through our event and the staff were not apologetic what so ever. My event attendees were left standing or sitting on the ground for 1/2 of our event. When they finally came to pick up their equipment, which was again 2 hours late, they were extremely rude and dismissive. Honestly, Alexis Jumpers is great. Their rented items are always well taken care of and clean. We have rented from them twice and both times they delivered and set up the jumper /table/chairs the night before the party and picked it up the day after. I asked them to accommodate this request and they had no problem with that arrangement. I just didn't want to bother with that detail the day of the party. I hope to rent from them again this year and hope they will drive out to where we've moved again. I recommend them for sure. read more

This place is awesome, their location might be closed but their number still works. The placed we booked for our baby shower cancelled on us an hour and half before we had 50 guest set to arrive. We called Alexis Jumpers and they were able to deliver tables, chairs, linen and a tent with an hour from Pacific Beach to Mira Mesa. We had to pay extra but we were more than happy to do it. Ended up still being cheaper than the place that cancelled on us. Tables and Chairs were great quality, same with the tent. Will definitely recommend this place and use them again for future events. read more

This lady was nasty. After her crew showed up an hour and a half late with the bouncer, tables and chairs (the party was only booked for 2 hours), we tried to compromise with her(on the phone) with just renting the bouncer, and that we no longer needed the table and chairs. She proceeded to SCREAM at me and cancelled everything. Thank you, you selfish woman, for giving me the opportunity to break my child's heart at her own birthday party. During my experience with this company, I ended up having to call them about 30 different times throughout the day. I asked for a 10am drop off and they arrived at 11:30 because my twin nephews 1st birthday party started at 12pm. I could not get ahold of the girl who I spoke with on the phone and It was so stressful because I had guest arriving and no tables or chairs. I gave a down payment and asked the guy to call the girl because I wasn't able to get a hold of her. He wasn't either. Snow machine would stop working 5 seconds into grinding the ice. I had to call to tell them to pick up and they said they would pick up next day. This was a Sunday party and I work on Monday. I felt like I should've received some sort of discount considering they were an hour and a half late, broken snow cone machine and horrible customer service. The same guy who delivered, picked up. When I had questions for him during the drop off, he said he was just a neighbor and he just delivers. When he picked up everything and I refused to pay the balance, he told me he wouldn't leave until I paid him. I told him to get the girl on the phone and I would speak to her. Once again, no one could get her on the phone. After standing outside of my house for 20-30 minutes, which made me very uncomfortable to the point where I wrote down his license/make/model, he walked up to our vehicles took pictures of our license plates and pictures of our house. About half an hour later, the girl calls me back asking why I did not pay the balance. I told her my complaints and she finally agreed that I would not be paying the balance (I guess that's worth the 1 star). Their pricing was very good, but I would rather pay more money for a better experience. read more

They arrived 1 1/2 hrs late, when i called 30 mins after the designated drop off time they said they would be there in an hour and threatened to not bring it at all because they "they had other places to be". We did not have a jumper for half of my daughters birthday party due to this. When they finally dropped it off i confirmed the pick up time 3 times yet they were still 1 1/2 hrs late again and threatened to take us to court if we didnt wait until they arrived to pick it up ( her birthday was at a park ). I give this company one star just for the price, which was pretty competitive, however; The quality of the service is one of the worst. I rented 80 chair covers, I picked them the day before my event. The night before the event I opened the box with the chair covers and I noticed they were all wrinkled, all of them, too late for calling them back, so I had to ironed them myself which took me over four hours to do (what was their job), I will never recommend this place to anyone. I had been using this company for at least 3 years for over 10 parties and they just recently gave me the worst experience that I will now take my business elsewhere. We always get the $80 package with jumper, chairs, and tables and today used their service again. I have a text message with the $80 confirmation with the date and address directly from the company. Upon arrival for pick up they tell me it's $120. I had $80 cash and was confused with the price change when i have it in my texts it's $80. The attendant asked that i call the owner so I did. She was completely rude telling me with it being at a park there is a $120 total charge. I let her know there is text messages saying $80 from HER with the date and location confirmation and she said with me being a long time customer I should have known of the upcharge for the generator. I would have been okay with the increase if it was effectively communicated with me but she was absolutely rude and blamed me for her miscommunication. I will be taking my party rentals elsewhere. read more

Alexis jumpers had really bad service. They were two hours late and went to the wrong park to deliver the jumper. Then expected us to give them the address to the park where we were at and had an attitude about it. And the park we were at, they had delivered to once before. How could they not have the address on file or how did they get lost. I would not recommend renting jumpers from this company. read more
