Recently had our baby shower and was originally going to go with another company. I was shocked to hear about their pricing. We were on a time crunch. I only had a few days to figure out where to rent tables, chairs and linen for about 80-90 guests. I called two other places and this place returned my call the fastest. I went over the rentals I needed and Diviana priced them for me right away and sent me pictures to get a vision. My spouse was happy I was pricing other places too. We were happy it was more affordable. We confirmed the order and placed a deposit. The day of the event, the workers showed up on time and dropped off rentals. After the event, they promptly came back and picked up the rentals. They were very nice! It was great! We will definitely be utilizing them again for more events in the future! BEWARE OF SCAM!! If I could give this party rental 0 stars I would!! Honestly this was the most unprofessional,rude small business I have ever experienced. And here we were trying to support a small business just for them to scam us and treat us like trash over the owners OWN MISTAKE. And from the looks of it, there are other reviews on here complaining about the same thing, so this isn't the first time she has pulled this stunt on other people. Diviana tends to tell you one price through txt and then on the day of the delivery try's to tell you a whole different price (which was WAY MORE than what was first agreed on) and even though you show the txt for the amount we both originally agreed on, she will continue to gaslight you and belittle you and start making up lies saying she never agreed to that price and called us "broke" for complaining about the new price. Like what?! As a business owner how can you belittle, lie and manipulate a customer when obviously we weren't the ones who are changing prices last minute. If you gave a customer a price, stick to it and don't try to raise it out of nowhere and gaslight them by saying we're broke if we don't pay up. So unprofessional. New people who rent with her services, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Take your business elsewhere and support another small business NOT THIS ONE! read more

This was the most unprofessional and shady business I've used. Sure, my order was delivered and picked up but the service was terrible. I thought I was doing myself a favor by using a local small business but I wish I went elsewhere. If you choose not to read further, at least make sure you get a hard copy of your order and prices in writing. The lady in charge provided nothing in writing aside from text messages. Her communication often came with attitude. The window of delivery was unknown and "whenever my guys are available" which is not helpful for a party. I was originally told the delivery and pick up would be $25 each. The day of delivery, she tried to give me a higher bill. I called her and to go over the bill and had her on speaker with other family members around. Part of the higher bill was because delivery and pick up were now $45 each. Thirty seconds later, she says it was $50 each. My family was in disbelief, as was I. She quoted things differently more than once. I ordered belly bars and white linens and one of the linens had a huge stain on it. I never write bad or long reviews but this is a shady business that I hope no one has to experience working with. read more

I called to get quote. Lady on the phone was too busy to answer my questions, she asked me to text her instead. I thought, okay... new way of doing business: texted and did not hear from her until two days after. Her texted started with: cash only and must bring exact change for she does not have change. There is a $50 deposit which will return once you drop off items. You would need to pick up and drop off items. If your late dropping off she is entitled to hold your deposit. Because I couldn't find another business to fulfill my order I decided to proceed. When I arrived I was surprised to find a house next to an empty lot with two trucks and two dogs roaming around the property. The lot is dirty and smells horrible. Gate was opened by owner and proceeded to tell me I had to load chairs and tables myself. Tables were dirty and she cleaned it as I was loading it, one of the chairs smelled like dog urine.
