We hosted an event on a Saturday and there was some miscommunication during pickup on Sunday...two tables were not easily located, apparently due to another event at the hall. Instead of working with me professionally to resolve the issue, Leo was extremely rude and agitated. I offered to pay for the missing tables if they couldn't be found and asked what the cost would be. Without hesitation, he said $300. I was taken aback, as standard 6-foot tables typically cost around $50-$60 at Costco or Amazon. When I pointed this out, his response was: "Then why didn't you just buy them instead of renting from me?" Despite the unprofessional behavior, I paid the $300. However, I won't be doing business with this company again. I believe in supporting small businesses but professionalism and respectful customer service are non-negotiable. There was no formal contract in place (just a simple invoice) so it felt like policies were being made up on the spot. While their prices might seem competitive at first, I recommend choosing a more reputable rental company...one that values its customers and handles issues with fairness and respect. read more

Their prices were the best given the quality of their product. Their "basic" white chairs were better quality and padded unlike others with basic chairs. Their equivalent to 10 x 10 popup tent was a 10 x 20 metal tent that was very spacious and tall. Delivery, setup, and takedown are all included in pricing which was great. Leo helped to make my wedding perfect. I ordered 140 fruitwood chairs. I spent weeks trying to find the best deal around. His pricing beat out several well known vendors in the area. Set up cost extra so we opted for a drop off and pick up only. The great thing about this was that he worked with my schedule and allowed us to have the drop off the day before my event and pick up the morning after. His communication was always on point. Very fast and friendly responses. Hurricane Hillary was going to hit the morning after my event so he called me as soon as the news broke and arranged to pick up the chairs after the event. Who needs chivari chairs? Well I did! I know, a bit extra but I did not want banquet chairs. I contacted a few places and Leo just beat all the pricing. He charges for shipping + delivery but if you need it set-up, it would be extra. It STILL beat other vendors. He was really nice and responsive via phone.
