Once we sorted out a new contractor, Creative Energy -- and in particular Alex (their delivery chief) - rolled up their sleeves and figured out how to move the spa off the pad while we dug the pit, then came back and moved it in once it was ready. None of this was their problem to solve. But it was clear they weren't comfortable leaving a customer in a difficult situation they hadn't caused, and they went well beyond what anyone could reasonably expect to help put things right.
