Took my money and disappeared!…read more I had very weak to zero flow in my pool, and the water pressure was very low. JC claimed to have a ton of experience fixing these type of issues. He diagnosed a problem did some work and assured me it was fixed then charged me. However, after a few days it turned out that the diagnosis was wrong and the problem wasn't fixed. He did this about three times and I ended up paying him about $1,200 for incompetence! I explained to JC that I was paying him to fix the problem, not to make guesses. Before he abandoned me and stopped showing up to finish the job, he replaced my filters without adding DE powder (clearly sloppy work). My pool turned murky green several time while JC was trying to figure out the problem. I made a huge mistake believing JC knew what he was doing! Now I am back were I started, except $1,200 poorer.

Brendan canceled my first appointment for a pool inspection and then rescheduled. Brendan then was…read morea no-show for the rescheduled appointment and ended up showing up an hour and a half late after begging me to give him another chance. Brendan was then late on delivering the inspection report and when it was delivered it was left mostly blank, included no pictures, and contained only vague information (what little there was). Brendan then charged an astronomical amount for the inspection to my credit card (4-5 times what other companies cand would not respond to phone calls, texts, or emails. DO NOT ISE THIS SERVICE. Note: Brendan made mistakes but did work with me to fix them and make them right the best he could, I gave him 3 stars instead of the original 1 star.
