The lady taking the order explained the difference in the price of the ones showed on line. I ordered the premium package of a smaller peace lily with yellow roses and yellow tulip's, with the understanding that there was to be more roses and tulip's. Now in what was shown was 6 roses and 2 tulips. The plant that was delivered for my Aunt's funeral was not even as big as the one in the standard package. I had 1 extra rose and 1 extra tulip. There was only 1 spatch in the peace lily. I was so hurt, angry, and disappointed. Please people do not buy from this florist, unless you are right there to see them make it. This florist even put roses in a casket spray that were dying. Some of the pedals on the roses where discolored and falling off. For a casket spray you put dead flowers. Shame on you, poor management and poor service. When we called to complain, we were asked what could they do. You could have cared enough and did the right thing to start with!! Just make a beautiful arrangement. People be aware please do not count on this floweriest for beautiful flowers. Save your money and order from a different company!!!

Gayle is very passionate about her line of work and its evident she loves sharing her passion with others! The first time I received flowers from here they were from my family. What a gorgeous array of types of flowers and colors were employed. I have popped in on occasion to buy loose flowers as well. The stems she has are beautiful! I also ordered a floral crown for my maternity (pregnancy) shoot that I did, as the silk crowns the photographer offered were nice but I had seen what nice work FF does with crowns and I knew I wanted one! April came through for me and delivered a beautiful crown with florals in the color palette I requested that morning I spoke with her and she only took around an hour to create it! I was amazed! (I ordered one a few days in advance but somehow the time was overlooked). I appreciated the expedited order and the stellar customer service I received from April! She even noticed I had called before the shop opened at 10am (caller ID because I didn't leave a message) and she returned my call unprompted. What great service! I don't know who answered the phone, but the lady answered the phone with a rude demeanor and then let out a big sigh when I told her I was interested in placing a flower order! Before I could go any further, she stated that she wasn't delivering any more flowers today. Mind you, it is only 12 pm. I gladly took my business elsewhere. I didn't even need a same day delivery, but the way in which I was treated made me cringe with disgust toward the lack of professionalism and friendliness I received.
