After a service call earlier this summer, Robert (the owner, who handles scheduling) said he'd find a time within three weeks to complete two items we discussed -- one of which was part of the original service call. Weeks passed. Nothing. I followed up in writing, offered three specific dates two weeks out, and asked for a simple email confirmation either way. He never replied at all. Along the way, I was also told when I "should" fix my humidifier based on the season -- for a repair that was part of the visit I already paid for. Which raises the obvious question: if I called in December about that humidifier, would I just be told they're too busy with no-heat emergencies? An HVAC company whose owner won't respond to scheduling requests and only shows up for emergencies isn't a service company. If you're considering Creadore based on ALM's old reputation, know that it no longer applies.
