He was described to me as a "straight-shooter" - and I found this to be a spot-on description. On my initial call Peter was able to guess-timate my needs (I also wanted installation of an emergency generator for the home) and what it would approximately cost for equipment and labor. If I was comfortable with proceeding he would come out to inspect the property and provide me a more detailed recommendation. He did not waste anytime and showed up as promised. After evaluating the gas and electrical setup in the house he provided me with a written estimate and directed me where to purchase the necessary generator (walked me through it). He explained the process from start to finish and was always available for questions and concerns. On the day of install his team arrived on time, very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. He worked well with the plumber (I guess he had to..it was his brother! also a true professional and gem to work with!). At the end of the job payment was exactly as estimated and time to complete on schedule. He even referred me to a service to ensure properly scheduled maintenance. They did a good job trying to minimize the damage as much as possible. The damage that was made was promptly fixed. This is the third time we've had them come to the home. I'm writing a review for this particular service call since it was larger than the last service call (thermostat installs).
