They were a NO SHOW! No phone call either. We know of 2 other people who contracted with them & 1 said they were a no show last weekend, the 2nd person is expecting them this weekend but is now concerned. If they didn't want the work they should of said so...VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE. It's official, they were a no show for the 2nd person this weekend. They solicited our neighborhood for work, provided estimates, why bother if you weren't interested in the work. UNPROFESSIONAL & BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

When I confronted the crew, they insisted the leaves were already there. Today I filled four bags with leaves they had blown over--the pile even contained dried hydrangea blooms. My neighbor has a hydrangea bush on the opposite side of the shared hedge, which makes it pretty clear where the debris came from. They tossed leftover gutter pipes that match the neighbor's house onto my property as well. My gutters are white. They do the same thing to the neighbor on the other side.

The one thing that I loved about Mr. Hidrogo and his team is that when they start your work they only work on one project until completion and then start another project so there are no conflicts with other projects. Daily they arrived on time and worked diligently throughout the entire day. Once their day ended they ensured that all areas were clean and that they left your home presentable. I can't imagine how they feel at the end of the day as it was extremely hot and humid but that did not stop the work and dedication that they had to ensuring that we were pleased with the end product. The amount of work that they completed was done in such a timely manner that I was shocked! Our project was fully completed within 9 days! This was over the course of three weeks due to holiday closure and two days being set aside for their landscaping days. Previously I did not have a driveway - just two gravel tracks. Manuel and his crew were done within DAYS, were super organized (the rest of my yard was literally untouched), and it looks amazing. My garage is set wayyyy back detached from my house, so it is a very long driveway - it's been over a year, and we love it. Several neighbors have asked for his info, even leaving notes in my mailbox, and everyone agrees that I brought up the whole block's value. This is a long-term investment that has already started to pay off. I'll also add that my village, in spite of my permit application being sent in in November, did not tell me until two months later in January that they were going to tear up my street, the gutters, and that everyone's apron (including my brand new beautiful apron) would be destroyed, to be fixed at my own expense. I reached out to Manuel, and without even telling me, the crew came and completely reset my paver apron once the road was done, just out of kindness.
