I was going to just get another one, but he said he will not exchange it because I could've done something to it. I came back within an hour or two made sure to come back the same day.. horrible customer service and now I'll take my business elsewhere to the many other smoke shops. Their stuff must be a little cheaper because it's bad quality. This shop is shady shows you a paper of illegal cigarette vapes they sale for you to pic from and then they bring the cigarette vape flavor you choose from the back room located behind the glass table left of the incent display. They have illegal stuff there. The owner knows about it. I seriously wouldnt be surprised if they get shutdown for selling cigarette vapes illegally in California soon. (Flavored nicotine vapes sales are illegal in California) Also, EVERYTHING is way overpriced in the shop which is an extra insult to injury, that and the neighborhood and surrounding area is really bad, so be careful. Don't get ripped off and cheated, go somewhere else. Have a nice day :)

I had time to spare so I did as he suggested. One of the vapes worked no problem there the second one did not work. It seemed that the battery or charge mechanism defective. The clerk asked to see the item and wanted to charge it. I said sure he charged it for about a minute and it still did not work. I asked for a refund or exchange and he said no, he won't do that. there is some back-and-forth as I continued to impress upon him my lack of faith in that product once it was " charged " and if I left home and it was not able to keep a charge, I was out of luck. I paid for a product that was defective so I must get a refund or an exchange for a product that works and he continued to say no. there is no information about all sales are final or buy at your own risk. Why would he have me try the item in the first place if he was just going to not Offer any recompense for a defective item. What he did is illegal.the people behind me said this clerk is like that, difficult and give people a hard time. I asked for a receipt and I left once I got that. all I request is a refund or exchange for an item of equal value because what he committed was THEFT! The manager was friendly. This shop has a better-than-average selection for those of us who roll our own. Several brands of loose tobacco - not just Red River, but including American Spirit. I bought a box of Zig-Zag tubes (which I had never seen before). If I fall behind on rolling my own, I can get a pack to fill the gap for less than $8. out-the-door. 5 stars ++
