They've even gone as far as to stay open past closing for me to get there and And then wait close to an hour for me to make a decision on what I plan to buy that night I must say they go above and beyond for their customers my opinion they treat me more like family than just Customer. Sam is always texting me new products as well as letting me know when Old products are back in stock. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that not to mention They will find anything you're looking for but If you want it chances are they've got it and if they don't they will find a way to get for you Harry is a true boss not just with his demeanor and personality and he's really stepped things up he has this place running like a well oiled machine from vapes to rare glass to custom hand crafted accessories made of repurposed vintage luxury LV, Gucci, MCM and much more this is isn't your average Smoke Shop. I had time to spare so I did as he suggested. One of the vapes worked no problem there the second one did not work. It seemed that the battery or charge mechanism defective. The clerk asked to see the item and wanted to charge it. I said sure he charged it for about a minute and it still did not work. I asked for a refund or exchange and he said no, he won't do that. there is some back-and-forth as I continued to impress upon him my lack of faith in that product once it was " charged " and if I left home and it was not able to keep a charge, I was out of luck. I paid for a product that was defective so I must get a refund or an exchange for a product that works and he continued to say no. there is no information about all sales are final or buy at your own risk. Why would he have me try the item in the first place if he was just going to not Offer any recompense for a defective item. What he did is illegal.the people behind me said this clerk is like that, difficult and give people a hard time. I asked for a receipt and I left once I got that. all I request is a refund or exchange for an item of equal value because what he committed was THEFT! The manager was friendly. This shop has a better-than-average selection for those of us who roll our own. Several brands of loose tobacco - not just Red River, but including American Spirit. I bought a box of Zig-Zag tubes (which I had never seen before). If I fall behind on rolling my own, I can get a pack to fill the gap for less than $8. out-the-door. 5 stars ++
