I truly believe that comes from the example Iuliia sets every single day. And my daughter is not the easiest child, she has very strong opinions about everything: how she sleeps, what she eats, playtime... everything. Iuliia accommodated all of her needs and made her feel completely at home. There was never a moment where I worried about her while she was there. Quite the opposite! I always knew she was having an amazing time playing with the other kids, doing crafts, and enjoying homemade organic meals like soups and oatmeal. The environment is another huge plus. The play areas, living room, nap spaces, bedrooms, and outdoor space are all incredibly clean and well cared for. It was so cute! Yula helped the kids make so many projects, my daughter had a huge art wall with just projects from her daycare. It was my favorite thing to see everyday because I knew that she was learning to be creative, while also learning numbers, colors, patterns, and holiday traditions. Yula is fairly priced for everything that she includes. She makes food for the kids... And whatever is in the chicken soup must be magic, because my child always asked for it, and when I made chicken soup, it was never right! One day she even gave me some to take home because my kid ran up to me and said "Mama, I want soup!" And I had to tell Yula about how I couldn't recreate it, and if she would give me the recipe... She gave me an entire tub of soup instead. My child ate the whole container. She takes pictures and texts them to you, and you can bet you'll get some great photos of your kids in action, living their best lives. I can guarantee you, you'll get every cent worth from this program, and you will love to see your own children thrive with Yula. Her language, independence, confidence, and social skills have grown tremendously, and I know the environment and staff played a huge part in that. She formed real relationships with both her teachers and her little friends, and seeing how excited everyone was to see her each day always made me feel good about leaving her. What I appreciate most is that this never felt like a place where my child was simply being "watched." She was being taught, encouraged, comforted, celebrated, and loved. We're moving on to our next chapter, and saying goodbye has been much harder than I expected. Safety & Communication: Biana remains incredibly proactive. Whether it's an update on a minor "ouchie" or a clear plan for air quality and safety, her communication is thorough and immediate. It gives us a peace of mind knowing our boys are safe, happy, and genuinely cared for every single day. We've watched our boys grow into independent, loving, and smart kids, and we credit so much of that to the play-based learning and daily care they receive. The curriculum is thoughtfully adjusted by age, which we really appreciate, and the small child to teacher ratio makes such a difference. Plus, the kids eat so well! Everything is included and made fresh daily, which is a huge win and time saver for parents. Biana goes above and beyond in the best way. The daily projects (especially the holiday ones!) are adorable. She also puts on the cutest summer and winter concerts for all the kids and families, where the kids get to sing and perform. They're such a highlight and honestly just so fun to watch. The staff truly cares about the kids and it shows. They're loving, attentive, and so invested in each child. We had a very disappointing experience with this nanny agency. The business practices felt…read moreextremely unprofessional from the start -- we were never asked to sign a clear agreement outlining fees, guarantees, or policies before the search began. Terms discussed verbally (including a 6-month guarantee and a placement fee equivalent to 6 weeks of the nanny's pay) did not match the contract posted online, which stated no guarantees/refunds and a different fee structure for part-time placements. Communication was rushed and disorganized, consisting mostly of hastily written emails with little clarity around timelines, process, or next steps. Candidate quality was also highly questionable and often far outside the criteria we provided. One candidate was a no-show to the interview and had full voicemail/email inboxes with extremely poor communication. Another lived 1.5 hours away each direction in traffic, making the role unrealistic. Another openly described wanting "something easy" after being out of work and had no meaningful nanny experience. Out of four candidates, only one was a strong fit. When I raised concerns about inconsistencies between the verbal terms and the online contract, instead of discussing it professionally over the phone as requested, the agency responded with multiple hostile emails accusing me of trying to take advantage of them. I also noticed that many of the agency's positive reviews appear to be written by nannies rather than families who actually paid for placement services, which in hindsight feels somewhat misleading. Ultimately, we found an excellent nanny ourselves through Facebook groups. For the $6k+ fee, the experience was simply not worth the stress and lack of professionalism.
