Their mortgage guy disappeared and could not be contacted near the end of that time period, with no replacement offered. Perhaps they are used to selling only high end properties, not almost distressed properties where the selling price is very close to the mortgage still owed on it. They kept saying we were asking way too much for the house. In the end, we wasted a year for nothing trusting this agency with our sale.

This is the worst real estate (selling) experience I have ever had with a real estate agency.. it…read moretook over 6 months to close because they got me involved with a buyer that was "supposedly" pre-qualified. They had bad credit. The Lombardo agency tricked me into paying almost 6 % commission...(shame on me ). They asked me what I needed in my pocket, and worked the commission that way. The owner Joseph Lombardi is a very nasty person, I couldn't talk to him with out a screaming argument. I had to deal for another agent (from his office Sandi) because I could not speak to him. I could never get correct updates as to what the delay was. I was never told that the original mortgage company would not give the buyers a mortgage and that they had to start over again; I would have cancelled my contract with them. To top it all off the Lombardo agency didn't even send a representative to the closing. They got paid for doing nothing. Don't get fooled into there marketing BS, I did and it cost me thousands ; I must point out that Lombardo was not the selling agent, but I received NO support from them after the contract was signed. It was a very a terribly aggravating, and expensive experience.

Ice cold air blows in constantly. Open vents from the pipes left UNVENTED in closed up crawl space vented the noxious, dangerous gases into my home and made my home unlivable. Get a cesspool inspection too as mine collapsed into a huge sinkhole Christmas Day. After paying THOUSANDS for a new cesspool, and thousands to insulate and thousands to redo ALL the downstairs Sheetrock, I am an in for over 25 THOUSAND ALREADY to fix the INCOMPETENT, UNETHICAL work this woman did. Well, take a chance if you must, but I've never gotten to see said HUD counselor,and the person I was emailing with was SO RUDE and proceeded to tell me I don't have enough money (I do) and that I wouldn't be able to get a house! And they didn't even know WHAT CLASS I TOOK. HUH??? I PAID! And LIHP DOESN'T MAKE THAT DECISION, only a HUD counselor and a BANK can do that. So they just left me hanging with no certificate, no HUD meeting and an argument online!! It is not their place to tell ANYONE who can or cannot afford a home since I'm well versed in the low income housing market.Very rude, curt and uninformed.They were rude as hell to me and didn't even know what I had called them about! 3 different people were in on this email.I feel that they are NOT trying to help anyone unless you fit into their box and F U if you need more info, more cash or anything else, they just write you off. I was extremely insulted and have chosen NOT to even deal with these fools. They were not at all professional and do not deserve any state or federal funding for all the non work they do.
