They also have their own house brand of shirts and pants that are moderately priced. Service has always been top notch, and they have always offered me a beer, you can't beat that. Give these guys a look if you are in the market for some new clothes, shoes, or a unique gift.

The chemistry is palpable, and it almost feels as though the two of you are already dating! Meeting up is just going to be a formality! And then the big day comes.... and all of that excitement vanishes the moment you meet up. Somehow there is no chemistry... and the conversation falls flat. That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I've seen countless commercials advertising this store, and have always imagined shopping nirvana when the two of us met. I thought this would be a match made in heaven! I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. For now, I'm going to give them three stars and hope for the best. I'm hoping this love story will still have a happy ending.

Nanette Lapore, Rebecca Taylor, Alice & Olivia . . . if you know your brands, you'll find something to love here. The E Andrews complex has definitely stepped up their game in the last couple of years, shopping-wise, but Poppy's has been an anchor always.

"What is that, velvet or something??"…read more Yes, girls, it is velvet. Velvet, that is. One of my favoritest brands of tees and light dresses and tops. And Luna is stocked to the gills with Velvet pretties for their early spring selections. So many cute choices. I love the cotton softness of Velvet's pieces and there are cool new designs out now, from tanks and tees in flowy shapes that I haven't seen from them before, to updated versions of the long sleeve wraps they had the past few seasons. Also out this season are cute tops with kind of crocheted necklines and great dresses that I could totally wear to work or out on a casual patio afternoon in the sun! Yeah, there was plenty of other cute stuff too - and a TON of fun jewelry!! - but if you love good tops or dig Velvet (or Splendid, which they are stocked up on, too), definitely make a stop at Luna soon!

I had a very disappointing experience at Zara in Lenox Mall…read more I purchased an item and took it home. When I tried it on, the clip on the garment immediately broke. I returned to the store the very next day to explain the situation and request assistance. I spoke with a manager named Alan, who told me that he could not accept the return because the item was no longer in the same condition as when it was sold. He stated that the only thing he could do was provide Zara's customer service phone number. While I understand stores have policies, I was frustrated that there was no effort made to inspect the item for a possible defect or offer any alternative resolution. What made the interaction even more concerning was when I asked for his name. Alan initially refused to provide it and told me he could not give me his name. When I asked to speak with another manager, he claimed there wasn't one available. After he walked me to the front of the store and handed me the customer service number, I later asked another employee for the manager's name. Alan then followed me to the kids' department while I was trying to obtain that information. Ultimately, I learned his name was Alan and that there was another manager there but the entire interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. I left feeling dismissed as a customer and disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service. I expected a much better experience from Zara, especially when addressing what appeared to be a product defect just one day after purchase.
