And Luna is stocked to the gills with Velvet pretties for their early spring selections. So many cute choices. I had a very disappointing experience at Zara in Lenox Mall…read more I purchased an item and took it home. When I tried it on, the clip on the garment immediately broke. I returned to the store the very next day to explain the situation and request assistance. I spoke with a manager named Alan, who told me that he could not accept the return because the item was no longer in the same condition as when it was sold. He stated that the only thing he could do was provide Zara's customer service phone number. While I understand stores have policies, I was frustrated that there was no effort made to inspect the item for a possible defect or offer any alternative resolution. What made the interaction even more concerning was when I asked for his name. Alan initially refused to provide it and told me he could not give me his name. When I asked to speak with another manager, he claimed there wasn't one available. After he walked me to the front of the store and handed me the customer service number, I later asked another employee for the manager's name. Alan then followed me to the kids' department while I was trying to obtain that information. Ultimately, I learned his name was Alan and that there was another manager there but the entire interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult. I left feeling dismissed as a customer and disappointed by the lack of accountability and customer service. I expected a much better experience from Zara, especially when addressing what appeared to be a product defect just one day after purchase.

Our experience getting a custom suit from this location was a lot more difficult than it had to be but the suit itself was very well made. The processed stretched over an unexpectedly long span so if you're looking at getting a custom suit, plan ahead. Now, the appointment itself was phenomenal. We were walked through every stitch, thread, and button of the suit. The owner is very dedicated to making sure the suit fits and looks perfect. We did have quite a few communication issues with the store after the suit was designed and paid for in full. They did not contact us when the suit was ready for pickup and after the fitting they did not provide us updates concerning the alterations that had to be completed on the shirt. The four stars is definitely due to the suit itself.
