Since my first visit Pam and her staff have been courteous, resourceful and hospitable. Location: The store recently located into the Town Center in Alpharetta off Main Street. It's a great location, you can park and walk around to all the great restaurants, shops, monuments and the park. Pricing: The pricing is very competitive based on the quality of merchandise you're receiving. They have a variety of vendors that offer a array of merchandise to fit various price points. Service: Pam and her team are knowledgeable on all things lingerie! I have a fuller bust and until I started patronizing this location, I could not find that personalized service when it came to the sizing and fitting of my bras. Never felt so confident in my own skin than I did at Anna Bella! The staff was very sweet and helped me pick some great pieces that complemented my body well. Visited this location for the first time with my 14 year old daughter this past weekend. The atmosphere is great! It's not trashy or overtly in your face sexy like other boutiques I've been to. The staff was awesome! So friendly, helpful and most of all NOT at all pushy for a purchase. They did not just grab my breasts and do what they pleased. They explained the process and asked if I consented which I appreciate more than I can say. The entire experience from walking in to walking out was pleasant. The loss of star is for two reasons: A) I would love to be able to see the stock myself. I went in specifically for a nude bra but I'm always open to options and if I saw one that caught my eye I might have wanted to buy more. B) Options in my size 32G or GG (dependent on bra) seemed very limited. This may or may not have been the case. I'm not sure because I did not see the inventory. I did find a few options I loved out of my price range ($170 +). And one inside budget ($70) which I did purchase through special order in order to get it in nude. My daughter true size is 28DD but that size didn't seem to be in inventory so they provided her sister size of 30D. Ultimately she decided not to purchase anything because she prefers the fit of her true size of 28DD better but made several comments on liking the staff and the bras options provided overall. Both my daughter and I enjoyed the experience and we will absolutely be back! Hopefully they will have more in my size at that time. read more

I visited the store today to get a bra fitting and hoped to find some bras that flattered my hard to fit "girls". I was immediately greeted by Heather, and she helped me throughout the entire visit. After finding my correct bra size, Heather found me many bras to try on. She was so helpful in determining the best fit. I ended up purchasing 4 bras, and I feel soooo good about my entire visit. I visited Anna Bella Fine Lingerie last weekend and spent $215. I would have spent more if they had the correct sizes in stock (sizing was extremely limited). After leaving, I found one of the pieces that I bought at their location ($80) on sale for $10 less than an hour later. The store that had it on clearance informed me that it was a set from last season. I contacted Anna Bella and they informed me that they could only issue store credit. The return policy listed on their website is different than what is listed in store. Apparently, the return policy is only for online shoppers because you're being provided a service when you visit the store in person. A return policy like this doesn't make sense in today's world. Especially for an extremely high-end lingerie shop where the bras are $200+. The owner of the shop was not willing to make any exceptions. Because of that, I will not be back. I can't say enough great things about this boutique and their amazing staff! Heather was hands down, the best consultant! As a rather busty woman, I can never shop in the department stores for my bras & typically have a hard time finding a specialized store that truly fits my needs. Thankfully, that wasn't the case with Anna Bella's! From sizing/trying on to checking out, Heather was personable, knowledgeable & patient! I ended up walking out of there with three "everyday bras" and a promise of a strapless bra that I needed for an upcoming wedding. I do not even have words to adequately describe my incredible experience. First of all, beautiful inventory. But the staff is the real beauty. I've been searching for a store that carried a variety of high-end lingerie brands. I searched Google for over an hour. It was a 40 min drive for me but I thought I'd give it a try. They exceeded every expectation. I told them my story and what I was searching for and all hands were on deck. They even searched the inventory in the back for items that weren't on display. They loaded the dressing room and checked on me regularly. I was not rushed or pressured. I felt like I was in a scene from Pretty Woman where they dressed her up. This review comes to you with a unhappy customer. I purchased 3 bra's from here. The bra's are a really great fit when you need a special size. You are paying close to $200.00 a piece these bra's. Customer service is ok. I has one of the bra's for approx. 8 months. hand washing etc. there was a small hole in the lace .. went back knowing I am a customer there and purchased close to $550.00 in merchandise. They spoke with manufacture and said too bad cannot help you. I was not looking for Free or a new bra but just wanted some kind of explanation for the fantastic expensive bras that are supposted to be so great...some customer service. They stink Go to amazon for Empreinte bras or a department store. For being such a exclusive specialty store. They don't stand behind there product. so disappointed. The first time we went in was a wonderful experience and very helpful salesperson. I would have told anyone to come here. But .... Today was HORRIBLE, the lady was not helpful at all, said she would come back to check and we had to keep coming out to get her , then when we were asking about a return we had because it did not work for my daughters wedding dress and they had nothing that would work..... The salesperson just got rude and started reciting her return policy and all the places it was posted. Sadly I have to write a complaint. I purchased a package of boobie covers and they were defective. I went by the store and left my name and the owner called me back. She told me I did not follow the directions and to wash the covers before using. I tried that and as I had mentioned before, they were defective as there was a missing a patch of sticky so they still did not stick well. I emailed the vendor and asked them for a refund and they said the store would need to send them back and refund my money and they would get a store credit. I took the product back to the store with my name, email, and the name of the vendor and where they should get the credit so I could get my refund. I have since to hear from the store. So I don't have the product (which was defective) and I don't have my refund. So disappointed that a local store, when trying to compete against amazon and others, wouldn't help me. I'm a total advocate of local places and have since found the same product at a store in Avalon for $12 less!! They were nice and told me if there was any issue with them to bring them back, I checked ahead of time. Anna Bella, shame on you for not taking care of a customer!!! The sad thing is you wouldn't have been out any money, the vendor told me you could return them and they would give you a credit!!!!!! read more

Went in for 2 bras. I needed one for my daughter to wear with wedding dress, the other for me to wear with my dress for wedding. I got there and a very young girl came around the front of the counter and measured me right in front window. I had called to make appointment and explained why I was coming in, the dress and new bras after significant weight loss. The girl who measured me never once asked what I was looking for and I had to stop her before she just took off to get bras. I wear a c cup at best yet she brought me two double d,s to try on. It just went downhill from there. She had zero experience and after the sixth try I just said I would wait for daughter and her fitting. Then when she got there, the older woman helped her and I tried to explain why I was leaving with no bra to her that I felt like she was inexperienced and the woman told me they were not adversarial in their store. Well, really? What I expected was customer service and that was a huge fail. I was ready to buy bras and they could not get the job done. I go to stores with fitters because a good quality, great fitting bra is essential as far as I'm concerned. If I'm paying that kind of money, the sales person should know what they are doing. read more
