I will NEVER take my dog to this cold, unfriendly, unprofessional place again !…read more I had called ahead and booked an appointment to avoid having to leave my dog at the groomers for hours because he hates going there and is very upset when I leave him. The girl on the phone told me that wasn't a problem and to just drop him off around 9:30. I arrived at 9:45 and she told me it could not be done in the two hours like we had discussed on the phone. I decided to leave him and hope that he would be finished at a reasonable time. I had left my phone number so they could also call me when he was ready to be picked up. 3 Hours had gone by and no phone call at all .... I showed up to pick up my dog and I asked if they tried to call me and she said yes (3 times) and that she had written my phone number down wrong ! Well, actually they do have it on file because they already know my dogs name and I had been there once or twice before. Then she tries to charge me for a shampoo when he was only there for a cut. When I questioned her she walked away from me to get my dog and slammed the door!! I told her that when I made the appointment I had asked for a cut and I also mentioned it when I dropped him off this morning. She said I should have been more clear !! Then the other child (girl) comes around and asks if there "is a problem" and I said yes, "this girl is giving me an attitude and trying to charge me for something I didn't ask for". Well, unfortunately, she was just as ignorant and unsupportive. I then asked for my dogs leash because they did not give it to me, well she went to pick it up and she slammed the door again !! I realized I was not dealing with friendly people and I wished them the best of luck with the business and that I would not be returning. I was warned already about this place but though I would give them the benefit of the doubt because the location is close to where I live. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!

We boarded our 8 month old puppy there for 9 nights and they emailed us, and kept us up to date with how our dog was doing. We enrolled her in the day camp for several of the days (I recommend it). She was so happy there that she didn't want to go home! The staff are very personable, friendly, accommodating, and eager to help. Very clean inside, and when your dog stays over they wash the bedding on a daily basis. You don't even need to bring a bed or dog toys as they have some. They are very concerned about your dog's safety and health. I recommend them to anyone in the area who needs dog daycare, or boarding.
