The girl on the phone told me that wasn't a problem and to just drop him off around 9:30. I arrived at 9:45 and she told me it could not be done in the two hours like we had discussed on the phone. I decided to leave him and hope that he would be finished at a reasonable time. I had left my phone number so they could also call me when he was ready to be picked up. 3 Hours had gone by and no phone call at all .... I showed up to pick up my dog and I asked if they tried to call me and she said yes (3 times) and that she had written my phone number down wrong ! Well, actually they do have it on file because they already know my dogs name and I had been there once or twice before. Then she tries to charge me for a shampoo when he was only there for a cut. When I questioned her she walked away from me to get my dog and slammed the door!! I told her that when I made the appointment I had asked for a cut and I also mentioned it when I dropped him off this morning. She said I should have been more clear !! Then the other child (girl) comes around and asks if there "is a problem" and I said yes, "this girl is giving me an attitude and trying to charge me for something I didn't ask for". Well, unfortunately, she was just as ignorant and unsupportive. I then asked for my dogs leash because they did not give it to me, well she went to pick it up and she slammed the door again !! I realized I was not dealing with friendly people and I wished them the best of luck with the business and that I would not be returning. I was warned already about this place but though I would give them the benefit of the doubt because the location is close to where I live. I WILL ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO THERE AGAIN !!!

We boarded our 8 month old puppy there for 9 nights and they emailed us, and kept us up to date with how our dog was doing. We enrolled her in the day camp for several of the days (I recommend it). She was so happy there that she didn't want to go home! The staff are very personable, friendly, accommodating, and eager to help. Very clean inside, and when your dog stays over they wash the bedding on a daily basis. You don't even need to bring a bed or dog toys as they have some. They are very concerned about your dog's safety and health. I recommend them to anyone in the area who needs dog daycare, or boarding.

The vet was awful with my cat during his euthanasia... nothing peaceful about it, went in through the heart without discussing with me. Couldn't get a vein because he was dehydrated, and poked him 6 times in the arms. He eventually told me to TURN AROUND. And then told me it was done. After i explained how important it was for me to be with my cat while he passed. Zero compassion. The tech came in to get payment while i was holding my cat that had just been sedated. It would be kinder to get payment before the procedure begins, not during. I received a call only after i emailed to say i wanted to speak to someone. The vet apologized, but keep talking over me. I now realize weeks later, it was insincere. I look at the dates of the other reviews written, and i realize this has been going on for years. I would hate for anyone to experience what my cat and i went through. Spare yourself the heartbreak and expense, go to another vet.

Our little dog developed a problem and Debbie did everything she could think of to save her for us. She even reached out to other vets to see if anyone had any ideas of what was going on but no one had any ideas. We had them do the different tests they suggested but everything came back clear. It was a real mystery and Deb went above and beyond to try and solve it. She stayed with us and her assistant fed Bailey her favorite treat as she past away. Five stars aren't enough.

I have never felt rushed out the door. For our current little dog she has gone above and beyond in my opinion when she wasn't sure what we were dealing with she took photographs; then reached out to other vet colleagues for opiniojns. Surgery is not an option but that was 4 years ago now and she is still with us at 17, often acting like a much younger dog. The staff are very friendly and when it is an emergency fit in appts are provided. Dr Sewell is kind, pleasant and has always been gentle with any of our pets. We are more than happy with the service and kindness shown to us at City Animal Hospital by Dr Sewell and her staff.
