Typically one of us will wait outside with Luna and the other will go inside and order. It is about 20 minutes away from us so typically we eat it there. What in alien creation is this??? Why it's shaved ice, no it's ice cream? Wait it's shaved cream?!?! This was definitely something out of this world and hard to describe. It melts in your mouth like dippin dots, but it's not dipping dots. It's not overly sweet, and can be customized to your liking. They also offer dairy free options too! All orders are made to order so you will need to wait a few but trust me so worth it. I think this place has a lot of potential and will eventually out grow its current establishment. They already did after their grand opening and had to close to expand. I can't wait to see what great things they will bring. read more

A Must-Have; It's Just Like Real Snow! I remember when I first had what I would consider to be real shave ice. It was three years ago when I had the privilege to taste shave ice from the source: Hawaii. The shave ice there was soft, fluffy, and, for lack of a better word, snowy! Three years later, I was brought right back to Oahu. Say "Aloha!" to Alien Cow, whose formula for shave ice is authentic, daring, and again, for lack of a better word, snowy! It's not just ice with syrup, it's so, so much more. The shave ice here is out of this world (pun intended), and the creativity on display in the menu deserves all the repeat visits possible. Yall, I don't know what Moncks Corner did to deserve such an awesome dessert spot, but I am SO thankful to have Alien Cow in our backyard. The combinations they create and the whole sno concept is a delicious experience! Everything on the menu is amazing and there is something for everyone, truly, from coma inducing sugar explosions to more mild yet incredible offerings (seriously, the strawberry shortcake is SO GOOD). A fb post sent us to Alien Cow today (we've been trying to get there but scheduling conflicts). I am so glad the complainant made a complaint about a fake flavor to give us the drive to head there for dessert before lunch today! 1. It was all delicious. I went with 5 kids and everyone got a different flavor (birthday cake, biscoff, mint chocolate, unicorn, Reese's and banana pudding). 2. Portion sizes are fantastic! Even child sizes were quite enough for an adult! 3. They are the friendliest people ever! The location is clean and suits the name perfectly! They are humorous too!
