Okay shoutout to this smoke shop for having the charger for my pen! I bought one from the dispensary and it broke and didn't work so I went today to get a new one and THANK YOU guys for having them in stock because I can't find these chargers anywhere local, for a decent price ! Dont go here... I went in not knowing about Vaping. Asked for a entry level cost effective pen, they sold me a Smok stick v9. Went online after I got home to see reviews only to find I could have bought it on line for 60% cheaper(30.00). Called to see if I could return it un used. They said no. Have purchased vape juice here before with no issue. Today I went in and bought 4 bottles of Red Apple 3mg 60ml bottle. Didn't ask price because I have purchased before. Came out to over $100. I know that wasn't the price previously because I wouldn't have ever gone back. Guy told me it was $ 24.99 and always has been.....lie detector determined that's a lie! I had already paid chalk it up to being my fault for not asking price beforehand. Go somewhere else you can get the same juice 2 for $30. read more

Customer service is total garbage. Dude behind the counter with glasses acts like he's too good to answer questions. Give off that douche bag vibe as he vapes while giving short answers to your questions. 3rd an last time I give them a chance. Always the same outcome. This is probably the best "smoke/vape shop" i have ever been to. The selection is tremendous, a great variety of everything from water pipes, clothing, apparel, posters vapes, and an assortment of juices. The environment is dimly lit, which makes the experience much more relaxing to look around at the works of art these glass blowers put their time and skill in. I only have a couple slight problems: even tho the selection is great, everything is marked up at premium price, but they do have a customer program, which adds point per purchase. It can get pretty expensive, but some of the products are definitely worth it. Overall, great place. I would give this a 5, but the customer service needs work. The guy that's there just doesnt have any kind of charisma, and acts as if he just wants you to get your stuff and go. If only there was someone there who knew more about the products hes selling or at least made an effort to ask if there's anything I need or if there's anything specific I'm looking for; At least! read more

Purchased and $80 vape pen. Battery went out within 2 weeks. Return to store and was told there was nothing they could do for me. The salesperson went as far as to test the battery and confirm it was not working. Refuse to exchange. Will not return. read more

If you like stale swishers and bad attitude this is the place to go. They literally can't even be bothered to stand up to help you. There's only one decent person here that will actually help you. But the rest of the workers are complete d**ks who sit on the floor and don't even look at you when you ask a question. Late nov 2019 my daughter (50) bought both of us (im 71)expensive vape pens. I used mine ONCE about 10 mins. Wouldn't charge or turn on! The button tilted into the pen. We have receipt, box, all components. THEY WILL NOT RETURN, EXCHANGE, FIX...AND were very unprofessional. Nothing posted in store or receipt! Large selection, terrible staff. Either high or lazy or both, they consistently do not wear masks and today when I bought a pack of replacement coils for a vape, I got home and looked in the bag to find an open box with a single coil in it. Most expensive coil I've ever bought this place isn't worth the convenience, I'll be making the drive to one of my favorite shops from now on. read more

My favorite smoke shop! It's a little bit of a hike for me but I still choose it over any of the spots nearer to my home. They open early, they have a huge selection of juice and glass, and the staff is always really welcoming and helpful. The negative reviews I've read really don't reflect my experience at all and I'm honestly a little surprised. Came in to get some lychee ice puff bars before they close all of the vape shops in town due to the quarantine. I bought a box and every single bar in the box was expired/burned. I opened 2 in store and asked him about it. I also just looked at the prices online for one of these it's only 20$!!! You are really going to up charge 30$!!
